| Objective:to investigate the abnormal apolipoprotein B/apolipoprotein A-I ratio(apoB/ApoA-Ⅰ)and monocyte to HDL cholesterol ratio(MHR)in patients with myocardial bridging(MB)The causes of abnormal MHR and their relationship with coronary atherosclerosis(CAS).Objective to evaluate the predictive value of MHR and apoB/ApoA-Ⅰ in CAS of proximal MB.Method:Patients who were treated and hospitalized in The Second Affiliated Hospital of Kunming Medical University from June 2019 to October 2020,67 with MB were selected as the experimental group according to the CT-MB diagnostic criteria, and those with previous history of coronary artery disease were excluded after inquiry.118 patients with no obvious vascular lesions were selected as the control group. The basic data(gender, age, height, weight, history of smoking and drinking, history of basic diseases, admission blood pressure and heart rate)and laboratory data(blood glucose, blood lipid, liver function, renal function, blood cell count)of the selected patients were collected, and then the statistical study was conducted to determine whether the clinical data of patients between two groups. Objective to explore the correlation between ApoB/ApoA-Ⅰ,MHR and MBResults:Ⅰ.Compared with non MB patients,apoB/ApoA-Ⅰ(P=0.001)and MHR of MB patients were higher, the difference was statistically significant(001 and 0.005 respectively).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that they were positively correlated with MB patients(r=0.258,0.225,respectively).2.Compared with non MB patients, high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and apolipoprotein A-I(ApoA-1)were lower in MB patients(P=0.011,0.017,respectively).In blood cytology, neutrophils, monocytes and basophils in MB group were significantly higher than those in non MB group(P=0.033,0.046 and 0.002,respectively).In renal function, urea in MB group was higher than that in non MB group(P=0.030).Spearman rank correlation analysis showed that neutrophils, monocytes and basophils were positively correlated with MB(r=0.033,0.046 and 0.002 respectively),while HDL-C and ApoA-Ⅰ were negatively correlated with MB(r=0.01 and 0.011 respectively).Conclusions:(1)Myocardial bridging was positively correlated with apoB/ApoA-Ⅰ,neutrophils,monocytes and MHR,and negatively correlated with HDL and ApoA1;(2)MHR and apoB/ApoA-Ⅰ may further improve the risk assessment of MB,and lay a foundation for further study on the prevention of CAS in MB patients. |
