Clinical Efficacy Of Intestinal Tongue Cream In The Treatment Of Postoperative Abdominal Distension

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of topical application of Intestinal Tongue Cream in the treatment of post-operative abdominal distension.Methods:One hundred patients who received abdominal surgery treatment at the Affiliated Hospital of Chuanbei Medical College from July 2018 to July 2019 were selected and divided into a test group and a control group based on the randomized control principle,with 50 cases in each group,and both groups were given conventional nursing basic treatment after surgery,and the control group was given a multi-source therapeutic instrument to irradiate the fully exposed abdomen of the patients vertically along with the basic nursing treatment.In the test group,Intestinal Tongue Cream was applied.to the abdomen on the basis of the control group.The concomitant symptoms,bowel sounds and degree of abdominal distension were recorded and scored before treatment in both groups,and the concomitant symptoms,bowel sounds and degree of abdominal distension were recorded and scored 24h,48h and 72h after treatment in both groups,as well as the time of first exhaustion and recovery time of bowel sounds,and the effective rate was calculated in both groups.Results:The total effective rate of the test group was 96%;the total effective rate of the control group was 84%.After treatment,the bowel sounds,concomitant symptoms and time to exhaustion scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The degree of abdominal distension scores of the control group were lower than those of the control group at 48 and 72 hours(P<0.05),while no significant difference was seen in the 24-hour scores compared with those before treatment(P>0.05),and the degree of abdominal distension scores of the test group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The time of anal evacuation and recovery time of bowel sounds in the test group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of Intestinal Tongue Cream in the treatment of post-operative abdominal distension is precise and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
