| With the aging process of people,the elderly people who have been bedridden due to cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebrovascular accident,cerebral infarction,valvular heart disease,as well as patients who have been bedridden due to traffic accidents,accidental injuries,etc.,are prone to pressure sores if they are not well cared for.Moreover,lower extremity venous thrombosis is prone to occur in the lower limbs of patients after surgery and long-term bed rest.At present,the pneumatic physiotherapy instruments on the market can meet the basic requirements of patient rehabilitation,however,they lack intelligence and cannot intelligently control physiotherapy instruments for individual differences between patients,such as the patients’ physical condition and stress tolerance.This paper aims to design a rehabilitation medical air cushion clothing with intelligent control system based on the existing rehabilitation medical air cushion equipment.For patients who have been bedridden for a long time,while preventing pressure sores,the physiotherapy massage of the limbs is performed by inflating the airbag to prevent muscle atrophy and venous thrombosis,and the intelligent control system is used to solve the problem of adaptability of different patients to the squeeze massage,which realizes the intellectualization of rehabilitation medical air cushion clothing.In view of the research status of rehabilitation medical air cushion equipment and the controllability of rehabilitation medical air cushion equipment massage,this paper carries out research on intelligent control algorithm for massage intensity of rehabilitation medical air cushion clothing,and proposes a fuzzy control strategy based on human physiological characteristic parameters deviation and its rate of change of deviation and a pressure control strategy based on PID algorithm to complete the intelligent control scheme of the rehabilitation medical air cushion clothing control system.This project is designed with STM32 development board as the core,including the main controller and wristband acquisition device,equipped with pressure sensor,optical integrated analog front end and motion sensor,etc.The heart rate detection based on the PPG signal,the blood pressure detection based on the PPG signal,and the pressure detection based on the MMR901 are used to complete the detection of the physiological characteristic parameters of the human body and the detection of the massage pressure of the rehabilitation medical air cushion clothing.According to the test data,fuzzy control program and PID control program,the massage intensity control experiment of rehabilitation medical air cushion clothing is carried out.The experimental results show that the program can automatically adjust the pressing force according to the changes of human physiological characteristic parameters(heart rate and blood pressure),and can stabilize the pressing force at a given value.The scheme realizes the intelligent control of the massage intensity of rehabilitation medical air cushion clothing,which promotes the development of rehabilitation medical air cushion clothing and lays a solid foundation for subsequent application practice. |
