Effects Of Jiedu Huazhuo Theory Therapy On SCD40L,LN And CD62P In Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease Stage 3-4 Turbidity-toxicity Type

Objective: Based on the theory of "Zhuo Du" established by professor Li Diangui,a master of traditional Chinese Medicine,this paper discusses the effect of “Jiedu Huazhuo” recipe on patients with chronic kidney disease(CKD)and sCD40L、LN、CD62P by treating CKD patients with “Jiedu Huazhuo” recipe.Methods: 180 cases with chronic renal failure,compensatory and decompensated renal insufficiency and with syndrome of turbidity and stasis of out-patient department of Hospital of TCM in Hebei Province were randomly divided into treatment group(92 cases)and control group(88 cases).Both groups received low-quality protein diet,salt restriction,control of hypertension,hyperglycemia and other risk factors,and combined with diuretics,correction of acidosis,correction of anemia and other basic treatment.The treatment group was treated with “Jiedu Huazhuo” recipe and the control group was treated with Niaoduqing Granule.The treatment cycle was 3 months.To observe the change of TCM clinical syndrome score and serum creatinine(Scr)、blood urea nitrogen(BUN)、blood uric acid(UA)、hemoglobin(HGB)、albumin(ALB)、total cholesterol(TC)、triglyceride(TG)、24-hour urine protein quantitation(24h-UTP)、glomerular filtration rate(e GFR)、soluble CD40 ligand(sCD40L)、laminin(LN)、cluster of differentiation 62 platelet(CD62P)in the two groups of patients before and after the treatment to explore the clinical effect of “Jiedu Huazhuo” recipe on chronic renal failure and its influence on sCD40L、LN、CD62P.Results: 1.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After treatment,the symptoms of TCM symptoms in the treatment group are bitter mouth,anorexia,vomiting,dizziness,tiredness,abdominal distension,constipation,cold and cold limbs,waist and knee soreness,edema score are lower than the control group,the results are statistical Difference(P<0.05).The scores of dry mouth,nausea and nocturnal clearing in the treatment group were not statistically significant compared with the control group(P>0.05).3.The TCM clinical symptom scores,BUN,Scr,TG,24-UTP,sCD40 L and LN of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and HGB,ALB,e GFR and CD62 P were higher than the control group after treatment.4.UA and TC were improved in the two groups(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusions: 1.“Jiedu Huazhuo” recipe could decrease BUN and Scr,TG,24-UTP and increase e GFR and HGB,ALB in patients with chronic renal failure,and its effect on correcting hypoalbuminemia was better than Niaoduqing granule.2.“Jiedu Huazhuo” recipe can reduce the TCM clinical syndrome score for those who belong to turbidity-toxicity syndrome type of chronic renal failure by the TCM syndrome differentiation.3.The effect of “Jiedu Huazhuo” recipe on reducing sCD40L、LN and increasing CD62 P were better than Niaoduqing granule.
