Clinical Observation Of Rumotang Enema Combined With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Acute Radiation Proctitis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect and safety of treating acute radiation proctitis with prescription Rumotang enema combined with oral western medicine.Methods: To 63 cases with acute radioactive rectum into standard hot poisonous injury,patients with blood stasis type resistance according to random number table method for the two groups,control group 30 cases(off in 2 cases)during the process of treatment,treatment group 30 cases(treatment process fall off 1 case),the control to the compound lactobacillus acidophilus tablets,compound glutamine capsule,the salad oxazine enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride oral,add the salad oxazine filling and intestinal fluid enema treatment;The treatment group was treated by enema and western medicine oral therapy in the control group,with 2 weeks as a course of treatment and 2 courses of treatment in total.The scores of TCM symptoms,the grade of rectal mucosal injury,fecal occult blood test,KPS score and clinical efficacy before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:1.The scores of TCM symptoms and signs were lower in the two groups after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms and signs in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).2.Intestinal mucosa radiation injury classification comparison of two groups after treatment was increased,the level 0 number Ⅰ,Ⅱ level in patients with reduced(P<0.05);In comparison between groups,the improvement of mucosal injury in the treatment group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05),indicating that the enema of Rumotangcould promote the recovery and regeneration of intestinal mucosa.3.Compared with fecal occult blood test,the results of fecal occult blood test in both groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the treatment group was better than the control group in improving occult blood test(P<0.05),which proved that Rumotang enema had obvious hemostasis effect.4.Compared with KPS score,KPS score in the two groups was higher after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).Compared with other groups,KPS score in the treatment group increased significantly(P<0.05),indicating that it can effectively improve the quality of life.5.Comparison of total effective rate: the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the treatment group and the control group was 93.33% and 86.67%,respectively;there was a significant difference in total clinical efficacy between the treatment group and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Combined with oral administration of western medicine,Rumotang enema can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms caused by acute radiation proctitis,improve the grading of radiation injury and the situation of fecal occultation test,and effectively improve the KPS score without obvious toxic and side effects,and its efficacy is better than that of the control group.
