A Study On The Management Of Nursing Students Taking Post And Practice In Secondary Vocational Schools

In recent years,with the rapid development of social economy,China’s Vocational Education in the expansion of the scale at the same time,more and more attention to the quality of personnel training.Vocational education aims at cultivating applied talents.In its talent training system,post practice,as an important part of cultivating students’ practical ability,has attracted great attention from all walks of life.The efficient management mechanism of post practice is an important guarantee to achieve the goal of vocational education personnel training,and also an important way to promote the healthy development of vocational colleges.In this paper,through the research on the management status of nursing students’ internship in secondary vocational schools,the shortcomings in the management work were analyzed,and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward,so as to optimize the management path and improve the quality of personnel training.First of all,search for the relevant literature about internship management at home and abroad,sort out the research status and clarify the research direction.Then through the questionnaire survey and interview,taking the time as the dimension,the present situation was investigated from three aspects: the preparation work,the process management and the assessment and evaluation of post practice.The weak links in the management of post practice of nursing specialty were sorted out,which mainly included: there were some problems in the preparation of post practice,such as the lag of school curriculum,the difference of hospital scale,and the lack of internship training;There are some problems in the process management of post practice,such as lack of safety management,loose teaching management and ineffective patrol management;there are problems of general practice assessment and insufficient practice evaluation in post practice assessment and evaluation management.Based on the above survey results,in-depth analysis and clear reasons behind the problem,in order to put forward countermeasures and suggestions.Finally,this paper puts forward reasonable countermeasures and suggestions for the management of post practice.First of all,strengthen the management of internship plan.First,through deepening the teaching reform,promote the in-school teaching to keep up with theactual pace of clinical practice,and realize seamless connection with post practice;second,seek multi-party support to strengthen the construction of internship base by formulating the selection standards of practice hospitals and promoting the depth of cooperation between colleges and universities;third,through the comprehensive scheduling of various departments,Implement comprehensive mobilization of practice and systematic pre job training.Secondly,refine the process management of post practice.Firstly,strengthen the safety management through safety education and crisis prevention measures;secondly,strictly select the internship teachers to optimize the teaching environment;thirdly,formulate the reward and punishment system for the internship patrol work to mobilize the enthusiasm of the inspection teachers and improve the inspection quality.Finally,to optimize the assessment and evaluation management of post practice,the first is to optimize the assessment index,carry out the comprehensive ability assessment,and promote the overall development of nursing students;the second is to establish an evaluation feedback mechanism to comprehensively measure the practice quality,and promote the integration of school and enterprise through feedback,so as to ensure the benign development of internship management.
