A Study On The Law Of Diagnosis And Treatment Of Infertility Among Doctors In Song,jin And Yuan Dynasties Based On Literature

Objective:By collecting and sorting out the infertility contents in the medical literature of Song,Jin and Yuan Dynasties,this paper fills in the vacancy of the infertility research in this period,and excavates the experience and law of the diagnosis and treatment of infertility among doctors in song,jin and yuan dynasties,so as to provide the first-hand data and new ideas for the modern research and treatment of infertility.Methods:(1)According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria of the subject,the research data of the subject are extracted,classified and normalized.A seed prescription database was established in the V2.5 system,an auxiliary platform for TCM inheritance,and the drug composition of seed prescription was statistically analyzed,including "drug frequency","four properties","five flavors","meridian regression","association rules" and "prescription rule".In the excel table,a database of the causes,pathogenesis,syndrome type,pulse condition,treatment,prescription,dosage form,medication time,medication method,acupuncture points,drugs that help with pregnancy and other items was established,and frequency statistics were conducted.(2)The methods of literature research,experience summary and data mining are adopted.Results:Song Jinyuan’s medical literature discusses that the top three in frequency statistics are:(1)etiology: deficiency,uterine dysfunction,internal deficiencies and exogenous air-cooling;(2)pathogenesis: cold evil attacking the uterus,defect of thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel,the uterus asthenia cold;(3)Syndrome type:cold coagulation uterine syndrome,deficiency and cold syndrome of uteruse,cold coagulation and blood stasis.In the literature,the symptoms of infertility vary,and the pulse is mostly slightly astringent.Included were 202 oral prescriptions to assist reproductive,involving 251 flavors of traditional Chinese medicine.The top 14 in frequency were cinnamon,angelica,ginseng,dried ginger,ligusticum chuanxiong,asarum,achyranthes bidentata,Chinese prickly ashporia cocos,cooked rehmannia rehmannii,aconite,fangfeng,magnolia officinalis and peony peel.A total of 81 drugs were used with frequency≥10,and the efficacy of the top 3 drugs were tonic for deficiency,wenli,and blood-activating and blood-stasis drugs.The medication pattern,association rules,and network view were all highly consistent with the previous 14 drugs.The drug composition is the most frequent with warm and sweet medicines,and it is mostly returned to the kidney meridian,with honey pills,mainly on an empty stomach or before meals,and the wine is served most;There are22 prescriptions for external treatment,to warm in the cold,mainly clearing damp stop band.Moxibustion is more used than acupuncture.The most choice of acupoints is abdominal acupoints,which mainly belong to renmai and kidneymeridian points.The specific points mainly choose intersection and recruitment.The results of 73 kinds of drugs that help with pregnancy mentioned in the books of "materia medica" were consistent with those prescriptions for pregnancy.Conclusions:Based on the summary of song jinyuan’s understanding of infertility diagnosis and treatment in terms of theory,method,prescription,medicine,decoction,administration,care and maintenance,it is concluded that the medical experts in this period believe that the causes of infertility are mainly deficiency,damage and cold,involving many factors,the first to raise wind heat and congenital malformation,the first heavy phlegm and dampness;From the attaches great importance to the external to internal cause,pathogenesis pay more and more attention to internal organs,especially the kidney empty,created the hot and humid down pathogenesis,diagnostic gradually focus on syndrome differentiation and treatment,the first set of seeds to regulate the menstrual function cure with therapeutic principle and the woman in the blood for this view,medication to tonify deficiency in temperature,still give priority to,for activating blood circulation but more attention is paid to replenishing qi and blood,drying and wet phlegm,emphasizing on fighting evil spirits.The new prescription is in line with it and opposes the abuse of lukewarm dryness.There is also innovation in the general party succession,from large and all to small and flat.Strict treatment,put forward a lot of medication contrainditions,pay attention to the usual maintenance and diet,advocate compliance with nature,pay attention to the good birth and good breeding.Many of song jinyuan’s understandings of infertility have a profound influence on later generations,which provide new ideas for modern clinical treatment and study of infertility.
