Clinical Observation Of Tonifying Liver And Kidney And Regulating Cycle Therapy In Treating Ovulation Disorder Infertility Of Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Type

Abstract/Summary:
Objective:By observing the clinical efficacy of nourishing liver and kidney and regulating the cycle method and clomiphene citrate(CC)in the treatment of anovulatory infertility due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney,and objectively evaluating the influence of nourishing liver and kidney and regulating the cycle method on ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,follicular development,endometrial thickness,TCM symptom score and other aspects of patients,the basis is provided for further forming safe and effective diagnosis and treatment methods.Method:Sixty patients with anovulatory infertility due to yin deficiency of liver and kidney,who met the inclusion criteria of this study,were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group by random number table method.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing liver and kidney,and the control group was treated with CC for 4menstrual cycles and followed up for 2 months.The changes of ovulation rate,pregnancy rate,maximum follicular diameter,endometrial thickness on the 14 th day of menstruation,TCM symptom score and other indicators were observed and the observed data were statistically analyzed.Result:1.Pregnancy rate: the pregnancy rates of the treatment group and the control group were 34.48% and 21.43%,respectively,with no significant difference(P >0.05),there was no difference in improving the pregnancy rate between the two groups.2.Ovulation rate: the ovulation rates of the treatment group and the control group were 40.17% and 61.11%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P <0.05).the ovulation rate of the control group was higher than that of the treatment group.3.Maximum follicular diameter: the maximum follicular diameter of the two groups increased compared with that of the former(P< 0.05).there was no statistical difference between the two groups before and after treatment(P > 0.05).there was no difference in increasing follicular diameter between the two groups.4.The thickness of endometrium on the 14 th day of menstruation: the thickness of endometrium in the treatment group increased compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in endometrial thickness between the control group and the pre-treatment group(P > 0.05).The difference of endometrial thickness between the two groups before and after treatment was statistically significant(P < 0.05).the treatment group was better than the control group in increasing endometrial thickness.5.TCM symptom scores: the TCM symptom scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment,the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05);The curative effect of the treatment group is better than that of the control group in improving soreness and weakness of the waist and knees,feverish sensation of five vexations,dizziness and tinnitus,dry eyes,poor sleep and dry throat and mouth,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups in improving menstrual cycle and hot flashes and night sweats(P > 0.05).6.Comprehensive curative effect: the total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 89.65% and 82.14%,respectively,with statistically significant difference(P < 0.05).the comprehensive curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion: The method of nourishing liver and kidney and regulating the week with traditional Chinese medicine can reduce the score of TCM symptoms and relieve the clinical symptoms of patients.The effect is better than CC in improving the endometrial thickness of patients.There was no difference between the two groups in improving follicular diameter and pregnancy rate.The curative effect of CC is better than the method of nourishing liver and kidney and regulating weeks in improving ovulation rate of patients.In the evaluation of the overall curative effect,the method of nourishing liver and kidney and regulating weeks is better than CC,and no adverse reactions occur.
