Clinical Observation Of The Effect Of Heat-Sensitive Moxibustion And Umbilicus Refining On The Recovery Of Coma Patients With Cerebral Apoplexy

Objective:In this study,with the legislation of supplementing deficiency,the heat-sensitive moxibustion umbilicus combined with the acupuncture method of awakening the brain for opening the orifice as the experimental group and the box moxibustion combined with the acupuncture method of awakening the brain for opening the orifice as the control group,the therapeutic effect difference between the two groups was compared and observed,so as to verify whether supplementing deficiency promotes the recovery rate of stroke patients and provide a reference for clinical practice.Methods:Stroke coma patients who met the inclusion criteria were selected for thermosensitive moxibustion operation at Shenque point.Cases without thermosensitive phenomenon were excluded.60 cases with thermosensitive phenomenon were selected and randomly divided into acupuncture plus moxibustion group and acupuncture plus thermosensitive umbilicus group for treatment.20 days for one period of treatment,treatment 3 period of treatment(2 months),with a Glasgow coma scale(GCS)scoring,daily life activities ability scale(ADL),nerve function defect score(NIHSS)scores and syndromes curative effect for the standard,between groups of the initial score respectively,1 month,2 months after hospital each score,statistical analysis,compare the curative effects of different treatments for stroke coma.Results:1.Comparison of baseline data between the two groupsThere were 28 cases in the control group and 32 cases in the experimental group.There was no statistical difference in age,male-female ratio and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Glasgow coma scoreThere was no statistically significant difference in GCS scores between the experimental group and the control group before treatment,and the scores of the experimental group at the first month after intervention were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05),while the scores of the two groups after 2 months of treatment were significantly different(P<0.05).The degree of coma was assessed according to the GCS scale,and the efficacy of the two groups was compared after 2 months of intervention(P<0.05).The experimental group was significantly better than the control group.3.Activity of daily life scaleAfter treatment,the ADL scores of patients in both groups were higher than that before treatment,and the corresponding therapeutic effects were achieved in both groups.After 1 month of intervention treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups were compared(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;after 2 months of treatment,the ADL scores of the two groups were compared(P<0.05),indicating that the clinical efficacy of the two groups was significantly different.4.Neurological impairment rating scaleThis experiment showed that both heat-sensitive moxibustion umbilicus combined with acupuncture and box moxibustion combined with acupuncture could significantly improve the neurological function defect of stroke and coma patients.Moreover,the comparison between the two groups showed that the heat-sensitive moxibustion umbilicus combined with acupuncture had more advantages.After 2 months of intervention,the NIHSS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).5.TCM syndrome efficacy scoreThere was no significant difference between the two groups in TCM syndrome score before treatment(P>0.05).After 1 month of treatment,the clinical manifestations of the two groups were both improved,and the effect of the experimental group was more obvious.After 2 months of treatment,the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thermal moxibustion umbilical smelting operation joint up brain begin to understand acupuncture treatment of stroke coma to promote wake effect,and can effectively improve the patient’s quality of life,at the same time can obviously reduce constipation in patients with stroke,the incidence of sleep disorders and much phlegm and other symptoms,moreover its effect on promoting awake is better than the box moxibustion joint awake brain begin to understand acupuncture,moxibustion is worth clinical application.
