purpose: The purpose of this study is to apply cognitive behavioral intervention to interstitial cystitis / bladder pain syndrome,In the intervention of IC / BPS)patients, through systematic intervention measures, this paper analyzes the application effect of cognitive behavioral intervention in the aspects of stigma, anxiety and depression, social avoidance and distress, pelvic pain and frequency of urination,PUF score, average times of urination and average volume of urine in IC / BPS patients, and probes into its reliability for interstitial cystitis / painful bladder syndrome.Methods:1.In this study, the method of randomized controlled study was used to select the IC / BPS patients who met the inclusion criteria of the study from January 2016 to August 2018 in urology department of a major hospital of Tianjin as the study object, and 73 patients were included in the study, all of whom were informed and agreed to the study.Patients meeting the standard were randomly divided into experimental group and control group, including 37 in the experimental group and 36 in the control group.Six patients withdrew from the study because of other therapeutic methods or other reasons. The final sample size was 35 in the experimental group and 32 in the control group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the routine nursing measures were mainly health knowledge education, diet guidance. On the basis of routine nursing, the experimental group received continuous and systematic cognitive behavioral therapy intervention for six months. The main intervention of cognitive behavioral therapy were to obtain the patients’ bad cognitive style, cognitive content, behavioral style and psychological state, analyze the causes and work out the intervention plan together with the patients, change their wrong cognition and behavior,so as to slow down the patients To solve the bad psychological state,to adjust the living habits, professional regular bladder training and pelvic floor exercise to improve the disease-related symptoms.2.Before intervention and 6 months after intervention, the relevant data were collected, and the patient’s symptomatic shame level, anxiety and depression level, social avoidance and distress level,PUF score, daily average urination times and average urine volume were used as the observation indicators. After completing the intervention cycle, the relevant data of the two groups before and after intervention were counted.Spss21.0 software was used for statistical analysis, chi square test or Fisher’s exact probability method was used for statistical analysis of categorical variables to compare the differences of general data between the two groups;independent sample t test and paired sample t test were used for statistical analysis of continuous variables to compare the changes and differences of each observation index within and between the two groups;P The difference of < 0.05 was statistically significant. Before and 6 months after the intervention, the researchers evaluated the data of the above indicators within and between groups respectively, and analyzed the effect of cognitive behavior intervention in the intervention of IC / BPS patients.Results:1.The general data of the two groups were analyzed. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group in age, course of disease, education level, marital status, medical payment, family location and other aspects(P > 0.05).2.Data analysis of psychological state of the two groups,There was no significant difference in PUF score, mean times of micturition and mean volume of urine between the experimental group and the control group before intervention(P > 0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the levels of shame, anxiety and depression, social avoidance and distress before and after intervention in the experimental group(P < 0.05),Before and after intervention, the level of symptomatic shame, anxiety and depression, social avoidance and distress in the control group were not significantly different(P > 0.05);Compared with the control group, the experimental group and the experimental group had better effects on the level of disease shame, anxiety and depression, social avoidance and distress, but the experimental group had more significant improvement on the psychological state, and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Among Data analysis of disease-related symptoms, the difference between the experimental group and the control group before intervention PUF score, the average number of urination, the average urine volume, the difference was not statistically significant(P > 0.05);within the group, the difference between the experimental group before and after intervention of PUF score, the average number of urination, the average urine volume was statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in PUF score, mean times of micturition and mean urine volume before and after intervention in the control group(P > 0.05).Conclusion:The results show that cognitive behavioral intervention can significantly reduce the level of stigma, anxiety and depression, social avoidance and distress, improve PUF score, reduce the average number of urination, and increase the average urine volume of IC / BPS patients. In clinical application,it can increase patients’ treatment confidence, improve treatment compliance, improve disease symptoms, and improve patients’ quality of life.
