Information Management Research Of COVID-19 Prevention Under The Big Data Background In WF City

The outbreak of COVID-19 before the Spring Festival in 2020 brought China serious public health crisis,people’s life and health safety has been threatened.China government adopted a series of policies,like extending holidays,postpone resuming work and production,isolating personnel from other city to minimize the risk of infection.Since the people begin to return to work,ensuring the basic life and work activities of the public,continuing to implement the epidemic prevention and control measures with individual control as the main means has become a new challenge for epidemic prevention departments of all levels governments.The paper studies the latest progress of crisis information management and the application of big data technology in infectious disease prevention and control through literature review based on big data technology and crisis management theory.The paper studies the advantages and disadvantages about information management measures for epidemic prevention and control in WF city from the period of full isolation to the period of returning to work through cases analysis and comparative analysis with other city.During the paper research,carrying out a online social survey to study how the people participating the information management processes of epidemic prevention and control,and the satisfaction for people’s information need.Aimed at the root causes of the problems of epidemic prevention and control information management combining the public’s demand for crisis informing,this paper creatively puts forward the idea of systematic construction of epidemic prevention and control information management system by applying big data theory and public crisis management theory,elaborating the importance of information sharing and applying big data analysis in public health crisis information management.This paper constructs an efficient and scalable epidemic prevention and control information management and publishing platform model which integrating the application scenarios and demands of public organizations,non-public organizations,epidemic prevention agencies and the public based on big data technology and mobile internet technology.This research results has a very positive reference value to improve the public health crisis information management for the next stage which leading the efficiency improvement of government’s public management.
