Application Of Holographic Scrapping Of Head And Face Combined With Hot Ironing In Liver And Kidney Yin Deficiency Of Dry Eyes

Research Purpose:To explore the therapeutic effect of holographic scraping of head and face combined with Yanggan pill for hot ironing of eyes in liver and kidney Yin deficiency of dry eyes.Research Methods:In this study,the method of randomized block was adopted.127 patients were treated for 4weeks and divided into four groups: A,B,C and D.A used holographic scraping of head and face combined with eye hot ironing of Yanggan Pill;B used eye hot ironing of Yanggan pill;C used holographic scraping of head and face;D used sodium hyaluronate eye drops.The efficacy(traditional Chinese medicine clinical symptom score,BUT,SIT,CFS,OSDI)of 2 weeks,4 weeks and 2 weeks of follow-up were observed.Research Results:(1)Repeated measurement analysis of variance shows that all evaluation indexes change with time(F=201.34,p < 0.05;F=133.04,P<0.05;F=74.96,P<0.05;F=83.98,P<0.05;F=103.04,P<0.05);Without considering the time factor,the four groups with different intervention methods have differences in each evaluation index(F=12.64,P<0.05;F=8.49,P<0.05;F=13.36,P<0.05;F=10.63,P<0.05;F=24.03,P<0.05);There is interaction between time effect and group effect(F=8.27,P<0.05;F=5.54,P<0.05;F=12.15,P<0.05;F=5.88,P<0.05;F=11.12,P<0.05)。(2)Comparison between groups: 1)After 2 weeks,4 weeks and 2 weeks of follow-up,the two subjective indexes and three objective indexes of Group A are superior to those of Group B,C and D(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of intervention method of Group A is more obvious than that of the other three groups;2)after 4 weeks of trial and 2 weeks of follow-up: the two subjective indexes and three objective indexes of group B and C are better than those of group D(P<0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of intervention methods of group B and C is better than that of group D.(3)Intra-group comparison: 1)Compared with pre-trial,two subjective indexes and three objective indexes in Group A were significantly improved(P<0.05),while the indexes in Group B,C and D had no obvious change(P>0.05)after two weeks of trial,but improved after four weeks of trial and two weeks of follow-up.2)Compared with 2 weeks of trial,after 4 weeks of trial and 2 weeks of follow-up,all the evaluation indexes of group A,B and C were improved(P<0.05),while the evaluation indexes of group D had no obvious change(P>0.05),indicating that the therapeutic effect of intervention methods of group A,B and C was better than that of group D;3)Compared with the 4-week trial,there were no obvious changes in the indexes of groups A,B,C and D after 2 weeks of follow-up(P>0.05),which indicated that the treatment effect of intervention methods in each group was stable and the short-term prognosis was good.Research Conclusion:Holographic scraping combined with eye hot pressing is better than single application of holographic scraping or eye hot ironing or sodium hyaluronate eye drops.This combined method has the advantages of short onset time,and treatment effect,which can be used in clinic.
