| Research Purpose:To understand the status quo and characteristics of acute stress response in burn patients. To explore the main influencing factors of acute stress response in burn patients, and to clarify the pathway of social support, catastrophic cognition and coping style on acute stress response,in order to provide scientific basis for relieving acute stress response of burn patients and improving the prognosis of burn patients in the later stage.Research Methods:From October 2019 to January 2020 and from May 2020 to December 2020,a total of 210 burn patients who met the inclusion criteria in the department of burn unit of a tertiary hospital and a burn specialty hospital in Zhe Jiang province were selected to participate in this study by convenient sampling.General data questionnaire,Stanford Acute Stress Reaction Questionnaire(SASRQ),Cognitive Emotion Regulation Questionnaire-Catastrophizing subscale,Trait Coping Style Questionnaire(TCSQ),Perceived Social Support Scale(PSSS)were used for questionnaire survey. The statistical software IBM SPSS 22.0 was used to do the analysis of data description, single factor, correlation, multiple linear regression and mediation effect.Research Results:1.The total score of acute stress response of 206 burn patients included in the analysis was 36(30,53),and 76 patients(36.89%)with scores greater than or equal to 40.2.The scores of each dimension were ranked according to the median mean score of items, the highest score was "impaired social function" [2(1.5,2.5)],while the lowest score was "separation" [(0.6(0.4,1)].3.There were statistically significant differences in the total score of acute stress response in gender, marital status, personnel category,head/face/neck burn, burn and pain degree of burn patients(P < 0.05).4.The results of correlation analysis showed that the acute stress response of burn patients was positively correlated with catastrophic cognition and negative coping;the acute stress response of burn patients was negatively correlated with positive coping and social support(P<0.01).5.Multiple linear stepwise regression analysis results showed that the effects of migrant workers, permanent residents outside Zhejiang Province,head/face/neck burns, burn degree, pain degree, catastrophic cognition, negative coping and social support on acute stress response of burn patients were statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Catastrophic cognition and negative coping played a chain mediating role between social support and acute stress response of burn patients, and the mediating effect value was-0.402,accounting for 27.88% of the total effect.Research Conclusion:1.Burn patients generally have a certain degree of acute stress response. The total score of acute stress response in 36.89% of burn patients is greater than or equal to 40,which is at a high level, and it needs the attention of medical staffs.2.The acute stress response of burn patients is characterized by "impaired social function".3.The main influencing factors of acute stress response were: social support, negative coping,head/face/neck burn, catastrophic cognition, burn degree, personnel category and pain degree.4.Catastrophic cognition and negative coping played a chain mediating role between social support and acute stress response in burn patients. |
