Based On The Syndrome Differentiation System Of Six Classics Of Treatise On Shang Han Lun On The Syndrome And Treatment Of Abnormal Mind Diseasehe

Objective:By summarizing the law of syndromes and treatment of abnormal mentality in Shang Han Lun and Zhang Zhongjing’s diagnosis and treatment characteristics,it can provide reference for later scholars in choosing prescriptions and drugs when treating similar diseases and improve the level of treatment.Methods:This topic focuses on literature research,distinguishes academic chapters,and examines the source of mirrors.Focusing on "Shang Han Lun",discussing the symptoms of mental abnormalities in it,and the thinking is based on the original text,the method of differentiation,and the theory of treatment.Based on the system of differentiation of symptoms and signs of the Six Classics,the articles of "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" were sorted out,and Zhang Zhongjing’s thoughts of differentiation and treatment were studied.The etiology and pathogenesis of abnormal mentality in "Shang Han Lun" were further explored,and the laws of treatment methods and prescriptions were summarized.Result:Through the above research,we found that:(1)There are 115 articles in "Shang Han Lun" involving abnormal mental illnesses,which are not only complicated and diverse,but also account for a relatively large proportion.(2)External feelings and internal injuries can cause abnormal mental symptoms,among which Qi depression,phlegm drinking,heat,and blood stasis are the main points of the disease.The heart and liver are the most important factors in the syndrome differentiation of viscera.Most of the pathological factors are phlegm and blood stasis.(3)As the outline of syndrome differentiation,the six meridians reflect the ups and downs of yin and yang in the human body,which is conducive to distinguishing the changes and prognosis of the disease,and is helpful to the choice of clinical medication.(4)"Shang Han Lun" created many excellent and effective prescriptions for treating mental illness,such as Daqinglong Decoction,Xiao Chaihu Decoction,Xiaojianzhong Decoction,Zhizizhi Decoction,Didang Decoction,Huanglian Ejiao Decoction and so on.(5)Pay attention to the use of the method of attack,prevent the spread of existing diseases,and emphasize the treatment of the syndrome with the syndrome.Conclusion:Through the above research findings:(1)There are 115 articles in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" involving abnormal diseases of mind,which are not only complicated and diverse,but also account for a large proportion.(2)Both external and internal injuries can cause abnormal symptoms of consciousness,among which qi stagnation,phlegm,heat and blood stasis are the key points of disease.The heart and liver are the most important factors in the differentiation of zang-Fu syndromes,and phlegm and blood stasis are the most important pathological factors.(3)As a compendium of syndrome differentiation,the six meridians reflect the ups and down of Yin and Yang in the human body,which is helpful to distinguish the changes of the disease and the prognosis,and is helpful to the selection of clinical drugs.(4)In Treatise on FEBRile Diseases,several effective prescriptions for the treatment of delirium diseases were created,such as Daqinglong soup,Xiaoxianzhong soup,Gardenia black bean soup,Didang soup,Huanglian and Donjiao soup,etc.(5)Pay attention to the use of the method of attack,both disease prevention and transmission,for the change of syndrome emphasis on treatment.
