Observation On The Curative Effect Of Thunder Fire Moxibustion On Allergic Rhinitis Caused By Deficiency Of Lung Qi

Objective:Through clinical observation,the clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion and cetirizine hydrochloride alone in the treatment of allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type was compared,which provided a new idea for clinical treatment.Methods:The second affiliated patient of Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine will be screened by the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria Patients with allergic rhinitis of lung qi deficiency and cold type in acupuncture department,respiratory department and otolaryngology department were randomly divided into two groups: Leihuo moxibustion group(treatment group)and cetirizine hydrochloride tablet group(control group),Treatment group,30 cases,Control group 30 cases.The treatment group was treated with thunder-fire moxibustion,Once a day,For 9 consecutive days,Two sessions,Three days off,For three weeks.The control group was treated with cetirizine hydrochloride tablets orally,Once a day(before bedtime),10 mg,each Take continuously for 3 weeks.Total nasal symptom score(TNSS),total nasal concomitant symptom score(TNNSS)and serum total IgE,were observed and recorded before and after treatment to analyze the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results:1.There was no statistical difference between the two groups in sex,age,course of disease,total score of nasal symptoms,total score of nasal concomitant symptoms and total IgE of serum before treatment(all P>0.05).2.Total score of nasal symptoms(TNSS): after treatment,the single symptom score and total score of the total score of nasal symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of itching nose and nasal congestion(P<0.05).3.Total score of nasal adjoint symptoms(TNNSS): after treatment,the total score and total score of nasal adjoint symptoms in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(all P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group in improving the symptoms of runny throat(P<0.05).4.The total serum IgE of the two groups was improved after the treatment of serum total IgE:(0.05),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).5.Clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the treatment group was 86.20% and that of the control group was 79.31%.The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:1.Both thunder-fire moxibustion and oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets can effectively reduce the total score of nasal symptoms and nasal accompanying symptoms in patients with allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung qi,but thunder-fire moxibustion is superior to cetirizine hydrochloride tablets in improving nasal itching,nasal congestion and tears.2.Both thunder-fire moxibustion and oral cetirizine hydrochloride tablets can effectively reduce the serum total IgE.of allergic rhinitis patients with deficiency of lung qi.3.The clinical effect of thunder-fire moxibustion on allergic rhinitis with deficiency of lung qi is better than that of cetirizine hydrochloride.
