Objective: To explore the predictive value of PRKD2 expression in patients with cervical squamous cell carcinoma in evaluating the efficacy and prognosis of patients,so as to provide a scientific basis for the treatment strategy of enhancing the sensitivity of cervical cancer to chemotherapy.Method: This study retrospectively analyzed from January 2015 to December 2018,in Obstetrics and Gynecology of central hospital of Wuhan and Tongji Hospital clinic clinical data of 34 patients with cervical squamous cell carcinomas, according to the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy is divided into sensitive group(24 cases)and resistant(10 cases),by immunohistochemical detection of two groups of patients PRKD2 expression strength, compared with the effect of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, and the relationships between clinical factors,The prognosis of 34 patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy was analyzed to explore the relationship between PRKD2 expression and the prognosis of patients with cervical cancer. To evaluate whether the expression level of PRKD2 could be a predictor of the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy.Result: 1.34 patients with neoadjuvant chemotherapy had a sensitivity rate of 70.5%.2.The PRKD2 expression was not related to age, tumor size, tumor stage, degree of differentiation,SCC,lymph node metastasis, etc.,but related to efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy, with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.PRKD2 expression in the sensitive group was lower than that in the drug-resistant group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Patients with low PRKD2 expression had better prognosis than those with high PRKD2 expression(P=0.0125).Conclusion: 1.PRKD2 expression was significantly correlated with the efficacy of chemotherapy;2.The expression level of PRKD2 has a certain predictive value on the efficacy of neoadjuvant chemotherapy;3.The level of PRKD2 expression is of certain value in the prognosis evaluation of patients.
