Objective:Observe the effects of "Jin’s shoulder three needles" and conventional acupuncture on frozen shoulder periarthritis, and analyze the clinical efficacy. Methods:Collected from the patients attending the Acupuncture Department and Orthopedics Clinic of Xiamen Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020.A total of 80 cases were selected that met the screening criteria of the study of this subject. The random number table method was used to divide the trial group and the control group.Group,40 cases in each group, the experimental group used "Jin’s shoulder three needles" surrounding acupuncture, and the control group used conventional acupuncture. Both groups were treated with heat-sensitive moxibustion. Both groups were treated once a day,6 times a week,6 times as a1 course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of treatment, one day interval between treatment courses.Record the pain visual analogue scale(Visual analogue scale,VAS),Constant-Murley shoulder joint function score(CMS)and shoulder joint local TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment Change, use SPSS25.0 statistical software for statistical analysis of the obtained data, compare and evaluate the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results: 40 cases were enrolled in the experimental group and 37 cases were completed;40cases were enrolled in the control group, and 38 cases were completed.1.Baseline data study: The test group and the control group had no statistical differences in gender, age, course of disease, and shoulder position(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.Comparison of the total clinical efficacy between the two groups: After treatment, the experimental group was clinically cured 3 cases, markedly effective 15 cases, effective 15 cases, and ineffective 4 cases, the total effective rate was 89.19%;the control group clinically cured 2 cases, markedly effective 3 cases, effective 25 cases,8 cases were invalid, the total effective rate was 78.94%;the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of the VAS scores of the two groups: After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower than that before the treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant;comparison between the two groups, the test group decreased significantly than the control group(P<0.05),the difference is statistically significant.4.Comparison of CMS scores between the two groups: After treatment, the pain, activities of daily living, joint range of motion and total score in the CMS score items of the two groups were all higher than before treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant;Compared with each other, the degree of increase in the test group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of the scores of local TCM syndromes in the shoulder joints of the two groups: After treatment, the joint pain, heaviness of the joints, chills, joint activity and total score of the local symptoms of the shoulder joints of the two groups decreased compared with those before the treatment(P<0.05),The difference is statistically significant;comparison between the groups, the test group has a significantly lower degree than the control group(P<0.05),and the difference is statistically significant.6.Safety: Patients in the experimental group and the control group had no adverse reactions during the course of this study. Conclusion:"Jin’s shoulder three needles" surrounding acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion therapy and conventional acupuncture combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with wind-cold-dampness type frozen shoulder.Sensitive moxibustion therapy is better and is worthy of clinical application.
