| Objective:Observing the clinical efficacy of heat-sensitive moxibustion in treating breast cancer patients with nausea and vomiting after chemotherapy,so as to explore a new effective method.Methods:66 breast cancer patients who met the criteria were selected and were divided into treatment group and control group with 33 cases each by random. In the treatment group, half an hour before the start of chemotherapy, palonosetron hydrochloride 0.25 mg,normal saline 5ml combined with dexamethasone 10 mg were injected intravenously, combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion, the treatment frequency was 1 time/day,and the total period is 7days;the moxibustion time is generally 40min-60 min per treatment. The end of the treatment was marked by the sensation disappears. In the control group, half an hour before the start of chemotherapy, only palonosetron hydrochloride 0.25 mg,normal saline 5ml combined with dexamethasone 10 mg were injected intravenously.WHO chemotherapy toxic and side effects grading standards were used to classify patients’ nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite, and the extent of nausea, vomiting, and loss of appetite were recorded in the two groups within 7days.The changes of KPS score and HADS score before and after treatment were compared to determine the curative effect of control group and treatment group, and the occurrence of adverse reactions of the two groups of patients were also collected. The results were sorted and statistically analysed to evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of heat-sensitive moxibustion.Result:1.Baseline comparison: There was no statistical difference between the two groups in age, chemotherapy regimen,KPS score before treatment,etc.(P>0.05),so that they were comparable.2.Objective indicators:(1)Rate of complete control of nausea: After treatment, the efficacy of nausea symptoms in the two groups was different(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically sign. The total effective rate of the treatment group was 81%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 48%.The treatment group was better than the control group, and the effect was faster, the improvement degree was more obvious, and the efficacy lasted longer.(2)Rate of complete appetite improvement: After the treatment, the symptoms of loss of appetite in the two groups were improved to varying degrees. The curative effect of the treatment group and the control group were different(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.Among them, the treatment group had the effective rate of 97%,which is better than that of the control group(88% in the effective rate). The treatment group has a faster onset and a longer duration of the effect.(3)Complete control rate of delayed vomiting: After the treatment, the delayed vomiting of the two groups were controlled to a certain extent, and the difference in efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 66%,which is better than 43% of the control group.(4)The KPS score showed that there were statistical differences between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05).Heat-sensitive moxibustion can improve the functional status of patients to a certain extent.(5)HADS score: The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups after treatment were compared with those before treatment, and the p-value was less than 0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the comparison of anxiety scores between the two groups after treatment showed that the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);after treatment, there was no difference in depression scores between the two groups, indicating that the two therapies had the same degree of improvement in depression.Conclusion:1.Heat-sensitive moxibustion can effectively alleviate the symptoms of nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite after chemotherapy in breast cancer patients.2.Heat-sensitive moxibustion can relieve the anxiety of breast cancer patients.3.Heat-sensitive moxibustion is safe and reliable for the treatment of nausea and vomiting after breast cancer chemotherapy, and it is worthy of clinical promotion. |
