Clinical Study On Moxibustion And Heat Sensitizing Acupoints For Treatment Of Low Back Pain In Postmenopausal Osteoporosis With Live And Kidney Deficiency

Objective: To observe the difference in clinical efficacy between risedronate sodium tablets alone and moxibustion heat-sensitized acupoints combined with risedronate sodium tablets in the treatment of postmenopausal osteoporosis(PMOP)low back pain with liver and kidney insufficiency,for the application of moxibustion Moxibustion he at-sensitized acupoints can improve PMOP back pain and provide high-quality clinicale vidence.Methods:Selected patients with liver and kidney insufficiency postmenopausal osteoporosis and low back pain in the Department of Rheumatology and Osteopathy of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from Octo ber 2019 to December 2020,and 80 patients whomet the inclusion criteria were selected.Randomly divided into 2 groups,40 cases each in the treatment group and the control group.Forty patients in the control group were treated with risedronate sodium tablets only,and 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with moxibustion heat-sensitizing acupoints combined with risedronate sodium tablets.Observe the changes of the patient’s TCM clinical syndrome score,Oswestry Disability lndex,visual analog scores heet and other indicators before and after treatment,conduct statistical analysis,and finally comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of the diagnosis and treatment plan.Result:1.Oswestry Disability lndex:compare the scores of the two groups before and after treatment.After treatment,both groups can effectively reduce the score.And after statistical test,the score improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.Visual analogue scale:The comparison of the scores before and after treatment in the two groups can reduce pain to a certain extent,which is statistically significant(P<0.05).And after comparison between the groups,and the treatment group is better than the control group in improving the degree of pain.3.TCM clinical syndrome scores:the osteoporosis quantitative scores of the two groups of patients after treatment were lower than before treatment,and the treatment group was better than the control group in improving the TCM clinical syndrome scores(P<0.05).4.The total effective rate of the two groups of patients showed that:94.7% of the treatment group was significantly better than 78.4% of the control group,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Simple risedronate sodium tablets and moxibustion heat-sensitizing acupoint therapy combined with risedronate sodium tablets are effective in improving back pain and TCM syndromes(liver and kidney insufficiency)in PMOP patients.Moxibustion and heat-sensitizing acupoint therapy combined with risedronate sodium tablets are better than simple risedronate sodium tablets in improving the overall efficacy of PMOP low back pain and TCM syndromes of liver and kidney deficiency.2.Moxibustion and heat-sensitizing acupoint therapy combined with risedronate sodium tablets are better than simple risedronate sodium tablets in improving the patient’s back function,sleep status,and social life status.
