Smartpatch Monitor The Recurrences After Atrial Fibrillation Ablation And Analyze The Related Factors

Objective To explore the rules and analyze the factors which is associated with post-ablation recurrences,this study used long-term dynamic electrocardiogram Smartpatch for the monitors of post-ablation.Methods 52 patients who underwent AF ablation for the first time in Putuo District Central Hospital from July 2018 to December 2018,were monitored for the recurrences of post-ablation by Smartpacth at week 1st,6th,12th and 26th of 7 days.Results 29 cases(55.8%)of the 52 patients had the early recurrences,and 4 cases(7.7%)occurred at week 26th after the operation.In multivariate logistic regression analysis,hypertension was the predictor of the recurrences at week 26th after operation(P=0.0344,OR 13.00).McNemar test found a high consistency between week 12th and week 26th(KAPPA0.8785,P=0.3173).Conclusion Hypertension is the predictor of the recurrences at week 26 th after operation.The rates of the recurrences between week 12th and 26th after operation were consistent.
