Background:Intracranial aneurysm is a potential and extremely dangerous cerebrovascular disease with a prevalence of 2%-5%.It is the main cause of subarachnoid hemorrhage and seriously threatens the lives of patients. The main clinical manifestations of aneurysm rupture are severe headache, nausea, and vomiting. In severe cases, coma or even death occurs, and the prognosis is poor. Therefore,it is very necessary to study the prognostic factors of aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage(a SAH).Hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),as a C-reactive protein in plasma, can be detected at very low concentrations, and its lowest detection limit is0.1-0.2mg/L,hs-The sensitivity of CRP is 100 times higher than that of CRP.As an acute phase protein that stimulates liver cells to produce inflammatory response by interleukin-6(IL-6),hs-CRP plays an important role in the prognosis of cardiovascular diseases. However, there are relatively few studies on the prognosis of subarachnoid hemorrhage. Therefore, whether hs-CRP has an important effect on the prognosis of a SAH patients is worthy of further discussion.Purpose:Explore the impact of hs-CRP on the prognosis of a SAH patients, and provide a basis for early clinical intervention and prognosis evaluation of a SAH patients. Methods:Collect blood samples from patients with intracranial aneurysm in the Department of Neurosurgery,Jiangxi Provincial People’s Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020.According to whether they were ruptured, they were divided into unruptured aneurysm group and a SAH group. In the a SAH group,a SAH patients were divided into severe group and non-severe group according to Hunt-Hess classification, and divided into good prognosis group and poor prognosis group according to GOS prognosis score. All patients were followed up for 6 months. The expression level of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP)was detected on blood samples of all patients by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and SPSS and Graph Pad Prism were used for statistical analysis.Results:1.According to the analysis of clinical data: the unruptured aneurysm group has lower systolic and diastolic blood pressure than the a SAH group, while the hs-CRP content in the a SAH group is higher.2.Use Hunt-Hess classification to divide a SAH into severe and non-severe groups. There is no difference in hs-CRP content between the severe and non-severe a SAH groups, and there is no correlation between the two(R=-0.103,P=0.550).3.Use GOS score to divide a SAH patients into a good prognosis group and a poor prognosis group. The hs-CRP content is significantly different between the two groups(p<0.001),and its content is negatively correlated with the patient’s prognosis(R=-0.571,p<0.001).In addition, the difference in diabetes history between the two groups was also statistically significant(p=0.008).Conclusion:The results of this study show that hs-CRP is highly expressed in the poor prognosis group of a SAH patients, and is negatively correlated with the prognosis. Therefore,it may become an evaluation index for the prognosis of a SAH patients.
