Objective:With the improvement of life expectancy, the elderly population is increasing year by year.Perioperative complications of hip fracture such as heart failure are more and more common in clinical work. This paper seriously discusses the related risk factors,so as to provide a more scientific basis for clinical prevention of perioperative heart failure and avoiding its related risk factors. Methods:The key words were heart failure, risk factors, hip fracture, perioperative period,Chinese elderly population, and so on Google academic collected the published literatures on the risk factors of perioperative heart failure in elderly patients with hip fracture of China from January 2014 to April 2021.According to the inclusion criteria,8 studies on risk factors of heart failure were selected for comprehensive quantitative analysis.Revman 5.3 software was used to calculate the pooled odds ratio(or)and95% CI.Results:Eight articles were included in the meta-analysis,with a total of 2158 cases. The pooled odds ratio(or)and 95% confidence interval(95% CI)of the risk factors of hip fracture complicated with pulmonary infection in the elderly were all P < 0.05.There were statistical significance in early operation, hemoglobin < 90 g / L,cardiovascular history, perioperative fluid infusion > 500ml(positive balance),blood transfusion, renal failure,ASA grade III and above;Early operation[ OR = 0.64,95% CI(0.45,0.89),P = 0.009];Hemoglobin was less than 90 g / L [OR = 7.64,95% CI(2.18,26.75),P = 0.001];Cardiovascular history [OR= 3.09,95% CI(1.10,8.66),P = 0.03];Perioperative rehydration > 500 ml [OR = 5.56,95% CI(2.94,10.52),P < 0.00001];Blood transfusion [OR = 3.05,95% CI(2.19,4.24),P < 0.00001];Renal failure [OR=3.04,95% CI(2.07,4.46),P < 0.00001];ASA grade III and above [OR= 5.03,95%CI(1.48,17.10),P = 0.010].Gender(male)[OR = 0.80,95% CI(0.61,1.06),P = 0.12] P > 0.05 was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Cardiovascular history, perioperative rehydration > 500 ml,blood transfusion, renal failure,ASA grade III or above, hemoglobin less than 90 g / L are important risk factors for heart failure after hip fracture in Chinese elderly population. There was no relationship between gender(male)and heart failure after hip fracture.Early operation can reduce the incidence of heart failure after hip fracture.
