| Objective:This study was conducted on the clinically related data of clinical myocardial infarction patients after taking Qiliqiangxin Capsules(Cardiac color Doppler related result indicators,NT-Pro BNP content,6-minute walk test distance),heart function classifica-tion,heart rate variability and other related data Statistical analysis to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of the clinical application of Qiliqiangxin Capsules,and to provide one more drug choice for the prognosis management of patients after clinical myocardial infarction.Methods:Visited our hospital from March 1,2019 to January 31,2021 and diagnosed as myocardial infarction(diagnostic criteria: meet at least two of the following three items: 1.Clinical history of ischemic chest pain;2.The dynamic evolution of electrocardiogram;3.Among patients with serum myocardial markers of myocardial necrosis(dynamic changes in the concentration of Tn-I,CK,CK-MB,Myo,etc.),60 cases were randomly selected according to the order of admission and divided into controls Group and observation group,30 cases in each group;after admission,complete the relevant examinations and record the data: cardiac color Doppler ultrasound,6-MWT distance,cardiac function classification,NT-Pro BNP content,72 h Holter,etc;All patients were enrolled after 3 days of stable acute myocardial infarction,and all patients were given conventional treatment.The observation group was given Qiliqiangxin Capsules(4 capsules/time,3 times/day)on the basis of their treatment.The treatment and observation period was 3 months.After 3 months,they were admitted to the hospital to review the above-mentioned related examinations.And record;through statistical analysis of the above data,while comparing the efficacy before and after treatment,and compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups of treatment programs and their effects on cardiac function,so as to draw conclusions.Results:1.After 3 months of treatment,the ejection fraction and 6-MWT distance of all patients in the group increased,the cardiac function classification,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter decreased,and the NT-Pro BNP concentration decreased,indicating The cardiac function was improved compared with before taking the medicine(P<0.05).In addition,the comparison between the groups showed that the efficacy of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).2.After a treatment cycle,the results of re-examination of cardiac color Doppler ultrasound showed that the left atrium and right ventricular diameters of the observation group decreased compared with before treatment(P<0.05),and there was no significant change in the control group(P>0.05);3.After 3 months of treatment,the results of 72 h Holter reexamination showed that the patient’s heart rate variability(mainly referring to SDNN)was higher than before medication(P<0.05),and the mean value of variability in the observation group increased more significantly than that of the control group(P<0.05)).Conclusion:For patients with clinical myocardial infarction,Qiliqiangxin Capsule combined with traditional conventional western medicine has more effective treatment than western medicine alone:(1)It can significantly increase the patient’s cardiac ejection fraction,increase myocardial contractility,and reduce the burden on the heart.,Improve heart function;(2)Effectively improve myocardial remodeling,reduce left ventricular end diastolic diameter,left ventricular end systolic diameter,left ventric-ular diameter,and right ventricular diameter,inhibit myocardial scar fibrosis,and provide drug options for the prognosis of patients with clinical myocardial injury(3)Effectively extend the 6-MWT distance of patients,reduce the heart function classification(NYHA classification),improve the symptoms of heart failure,and improve the quality of life of patients;(4)Effectively improve the heart rate variability and reduce the malignant arrhythmia and the patients after clinical myocardial infarction The occurrence of sudden cardiac death events;clinically,it can be used as appropriate according to the patient’s condition. |
