Objective:The OPD ScanⅢ comprehensive visual quality analyzer was used to check the postoperative visual quality of the domestic aspheric intraocular lens Proming Al-UV,and compared with the foreign aspheric intraocular lens Alcon SN60WF of the same type to evaluate its effectiveness and stability.Methods:Case-control study.Selected patients(95 cases,119 eyes)who received phacoemulsification combined with Proming A1-UV or Alcon SN60WF aspheric lens implantation in the Affiliated Eye Hospital of Nanchang University from May 2018 to December 2018.Those with A1-UV implants(62 cases,73 eyes)were included in the experimental group, and those with SN60WF implants(33 cases,46 eyes)were included in the control group OPD ScanⅢ was performed at 1m,6m,1y,and 2y after operation to obtain the MTF,PSF and the root mean square(RMS)of the intraocular high-order aberrations,SR,CS at pupil diameters of 4.0 mm and 6.0 mm.Statistical methods:SPSS 24.0 was used for statistical analysis, the count data were by chi-square test, and the measurement data were by independent sample t test or Mann-Whitney U non-parametric test.Results:1.The preoperative gender(X~2=0.327,P=0.568),age[(70.60±5.79)years old vs(68.67±7.04)years old,t=1.434,P=0.155]of the two groups of patients before surgery, there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05);Comparing the preoperative corneal aspheric parameters e value,Q value,Kappa angle,Alpha angle and other parameters between the two groups of patients, there was no statistically significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).2.There was no statistically significant difference in the RMS of intraocular high-order aberrations between the two groups of patients with pupil diameters of4.0mm and 6.0mm at 1m,6m and 1y after surgery(P>0.05).At 2 years after surgery, the Tilt RMS value of the Proming group with a pupil diameter of 4.0mm was lower than that of the Alcon group[(0.151,0.346)vs(0.199,0.466),U=1249.5,P=0.029]and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05));At 6.0mm pupil diameter, the Tilt RMS value of the Proming group was lower than that of the Alcon group[(0.217,0.686)vs(0.330,0.712),U=1262.0,P=0.035]and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.There was no significant difference in MTF between the two groups at4.0mm pupil diameters at 1m,6m,1y and 2y after operation(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in MTF between the two groups at 6.0mm pupi l diameter at 1m,6m,1y and 2y after operation(P>0.05).There was no signi ficant difference in strehl ratio and CS between the two groups in different pe riods after operation(P>0.05).Conclusions:The domestic aspherical Proming A1-UV intraocular lens has good long-t erm and medium-term stability after surgery. The objective visual quality indica tors such as intraocular high-order aberrations, contrast sensitivity, strehl ratio a nd MTF in the eye are basically the same as those of Alcon SN60WF lens,a nd the medium and long-term effects are better.
