| ObjectiveThe study analyzes the domestic and foreign patient experience and the theoretical research on the healing environment,discusses the strategies,paths,and methods of constructing the evaluation index system of the healing environment based on the patient experience,and uses the expert consultation method to explore healing environment evaluation index system framework and hospital healing environment evaluation scale based on the patient experience.With a view to providing methodological reference for hospital healing environment research;for hospital administrators to re-examine the hospital building environment,find out the loopholes and risk points that affect the patient experience,and improve the patient experience to provide a new perspective and decision support;relying on patient experience related measurements tools to carry out research on the healing environment of the hospital;providing a reference for the evaluation and construction of the healing environment from the perspective of patient experience;promoting the optimization and innovation of hospital management methods.MethodsIn this study,the basic framework of the evaluation index system of the hospital healing environment was constructed through literature analysis,special group interviews and other methods.On the basis of the draft evaluation index system,experts in the field of hospital healing environment are selected for consultation,and expert consultation forms are issued to the experts.The importance of the indicators and the judgment basis and influence degree of the indicators are scored.Based on two rounds of expert consultation data,combined with the results of mathematical statistics,a hospital healing environment evaluation index system based on patient experience is formed.Based on the evaluation index system of the hospital healing environment,a hospital healing environment evaluation scale is constructed.Through data sorting and analysis,the Cronbach’sαcoefficient,half-reliability coefficient,convergence validity and discrimination validity are determined.Results(1)This study is based on literature review and interview research,based on the theoretical results of patient experience and healing environment research,and finally formed a hospital healing environment evaluation index system,including 7 first-level Indicators,24 secondary indicators.(2)This study carried out two rounds of expert consultation,the first round of positive coefficient was 100%,and the second round of positive coefficient was 86.9%.The overall expert authority coefficient is 0.82,and the independent expert authority coefficient is between 0.70-0.95.The p-value of the coordination coefficient of the two rounds of expert consultation was less than 0.01,and the difference was statistically significant.(3)The critical ratios of all indicators in this study are≥3,p<0.05,the coefficient of Cronbach’sαis 0.96,the Spearman-Brown coefficient is 0.91,and the Guttman coefficient is 0.910.The fitting result of the structural equation model is X~2=545.46,df=23,TLI=0.89,CFI=0.90,RMSEA=0.09,SRMR=0.05.The factor load of each item is between 0.55 and 0.90,the composite reliability(CR)of each dimension is between0.81 and 0.90,and the average variance extraction(AVE)is between 0.52 and 0.75.The chi-square difference test shows that the difference between the comparison model and the benchmark model is statistically significant.ConclusionThrough the establishment of the basic framework of indicators,the formation of indicator drafts,two rounds of expert consultation,and the analysis and analysis of survey data,the final results show that the evaluation index system of hospital healing environment based on patient experience is reasonable in structure and reliable.The hospital healing environment evaluation scale based on patient experience has nice reliability and validity.It can provide a methodological reference for hospitals to improve patients’medical experience,and has good promotion and application value. |
