| Objective Using non-invasive skin cholesterol detection system to investigate the relationship between skin cholesterol and HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoB,ApoB/ApoA1 ratio in patients with acute coronary syndrome,exploring the application value of skin cholesterol in chronic disease management of patients with coronary heart disease.MethodsA total of 95 patients(76 males,19 females)with acute coronary syndrome diagnosed in our hospital from May 2020 to December 2020 were collected.General information collection of patients:Gender,age,history of hypertension,history of diabetes,and smoking history of all subjects.Serum lipid samples and skin cholesterol were collected the next day after admission,the 4th,8th and 12 th week,and venous serum samples were collected on an empty stomach the next day after water fasting for 10 hours.Maked by the hospital clinical laboratory to measure total cholesterol(TC)(tendency/L),triglycerides(TG)(tendency/L),high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)(tendency/L),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)(tendency/L),Apolipoprotein A1(ApoA1)(g/L),Apolipoprotein B(ApoB)(g/L),lipoprotein a(Lp(a))(tendency/L).All patients received rosuvastatin 10mg/day starting lipid-lowering regimen,were divided into LDL-C standard group(60 cases)and LDL-C non-standard group(35 cases);were also divided into the ApoB standard group(71 cases)and the ApoB non-standard group(24 cases).Using SPSS25.0 software to analyze the collected data to explore the relationship between skin cholesterol and HDL-C,LDL-C,ApoB,ApoB/ApoA1 ratio in patients with acute coronary syndrome.Results1.LDL-C standard group and LDL-C substandard group:(1)two groups of patients with gender,age,smoking history,history of hypertension,diabetes,initial skin,initial total cholesterol,triglyceride,cholesterol initial high-density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol,initial Apolipoprotein A1,initial Apolipoprotein B,lipoprotein phospholipase A2 comparison were no statistically significant difference(P > 0.05).(2)There was a linear correlation between the reduction of skin cholesterol and the reduction of LDL-C,r=0.532,P < 0.001,showing a positive correlation.(3)The same follow-up time,decrease of skin cholesterol in LDL-C standard group was obviously higher than that of substandard group(P<0.001),reduction of skin cholesterol in LDL-C standard group with prolongation of treatment time increases gradually,comparing differences between adjacent groups have a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).LDL-C falls below group,skin cholesterol drop with the extension of treatment time in general is on the rise,there was no statistically significant difference between the adjacent group(P>0.05).(4)There was no correlation between the decrease of Lp(a)and the follow-up time.2.ApoB standard group and ApoB substandard group:(1)There were no significant differences in age,gender,smoking history,history of hypertension,history of diabetes mellitus,initial skin cholesterol,initial TG,initial HDL-C,initial LDL-C,initial ApoA1,initial ApoB,initial ApoB/ApoA1 ratio and initial LP(a)between the two groups(P>0.05).The initial TC of the substandard group was higher than that of the standard group,with a statistically significant difference(P=0.038 < 0.05).(2)The ApoB level of patients in the standard group rapidly decreased to 0.6g/L with the extension of treatment time,and basically maintained at this level.The ApoB level of patients in the substandard group gradually decreased 4th week before statin treatment,slightly recovered from the4 th to the 8th week,and then decreased again after the 8th week,and the overall decrease was less than that in the standard group.(3)In each node follow-up,ApoB/ ApoA1 ratio in standard group were lower than that in substandard group,the difference was significantly different(P<0.05).Analysing the reduction of ApoB/ApoA1 ratio changes can be found that the standard group of ApoB/ApoA1 ratio declines gradually rising trend with the extension of treatment time,consistent with the standard group of patients with skin cholesterol drop trend.(4)There was a linear relationship between the reduction of ApoB/ApoA1 ratio and the reduction of skin cholesterol,r=0.329,P<0.001.(5)The HDL-C of the standard group showed a gradually increasing trend,and the difference between groups was not significantly different.Conclusion1.The reduction of skin cholesterol can evaluate whether LDL-C and ApoB control reach the standard2.Skin cholesterol has application value in the management of chronic disease after the acute stage in patients with acute coronary syndrome. |
