Tongue diagnosis is an important part of traditional Chinese medicine treatment and has a long history.In today’s rapid development of science and technology,the use of modern technology to make Chinese medicine accurate and objective is an important research direction.Since the 21 st century,scholars at home and abroad have paid more and more attention to the standardization,objectification and quantitative research of tongue diagnosis.The tongue diagnosis has gradually evolved from qualitative analysis research to quantitative analysis research,and has made great achievement.However,most of the existing researches on tongue diagnosis mainly focus on tongue image diagnosis,image analysis,light source,etc.There are still some gaps in the research of mobile platforms.The purpose of this study is to combine the tongue image analysis with the mobile phone platform and the Internet to design a tongue image collection and analysis system based on the mobile phone platform,which makes the Chinese medicine tongue diagnosis more convenient and faster,and better serves patients and doctors.Based on the development requirements of the objective analysis of tongue diagnosis,this paper collects the tongue image through the mobile phone camera,and uses the Web development technology to send the tongue image to the server.Through a series of color correction,image segmentation,feature extraction and other calculations,the analysis results of tongue image are obtained.Then the server returns the analysis results to the mobile client.The specific work of this article is:Color correction is performed on the tongue image collected by the mobile phone,and the color correction effect of the gray world color correction algorithm,the polynomial regression color correction algorithm and the support vector regression color correction algorithm are compared,and the most suitable color correction algorithm is selected.On the basis of the color correction of the tongue image,the tongue image is further processed,including automatic segmentation of tongue image,tongue separation of tongue coating and tongue feature extraction.The design of the mobile phone tongue diagnosis client adopts the client/server architecture,the mobile phone client completes the function of uploading the tongue image and accepting the result of the server,the server performs the tongue image analysis,and then returns the result to the mobile phone client,and realizes the communication between the server and the mobile client by using the HTTP protocol.Finally completing the collection and analysis of tongue image based on mobile phone platform.Finally,the system was tested in many aspects: the feasibility of the system was tested by the simulation operation of the mobile client.By comparing the results of 100 tongue images with the diagnosis report of Chinese medicine,it is proved that the system has higher accuracy.Therefore,the tongue image acquisition and analysis system based on the mobile phone platform can realize the purpose of combining the tongue diagnosis with the mobile phone platform and the Internet,and meet the requirements of objective and accurate tongue diagnosis.
