Objective:To analysis the correlation between subjective measurement, anatomical structure and nasal function measurement in chronic rhinosinusitis.Method:Forty-three patients with chronic sinusitis were selected from the Department of Otorhinolaryngology,Fenyang Hospital, which were affiliated to Shanxi Medical University from September 2019 to October 2020.Visual analogue scale was used to evaluate the subjective symptoms of nasal congestion.Lund-mackay score and Lund-kennedy score system were used to evaluate the results of nasal sinus CT and nasal endoscopy.acoustic rhinometry and rhinomanometer were used to evaluate nasal ventilation. The correlation was analyzed by SPSS 19.0 software.Results:1.The were statistically significant differences in MCA1,MCA2,MD1,Vol2~5 and effective nasal resistance between non-decongestant patients and decongestant patients(P(27)0.05),while there was not statistically significant in MD2(P(29)0.05).2.VAS scores in CRS patients were negatively correlated with MCA2,MD2,and Vol2~5and positively correlated with effective nasal resistance(P(27)0.05),whereas there was no significant between VAS and MCA1 and MD1(P(29)0.05).3.VAS score was positively correlated with Lund-mackay score and Lund-kennedy score(P(27)0.05).4.Lund-mackay score was negatively correlated with MCA1,MCA2,MD2,and Vol2~5(P(27)0.05)and positively correlated with effective resistance(P(27)0.05),but no relationship with MCA1 and MD1(P(29)0.05).Lund-kennedy score was negatively correlated with MCA2 and Vol2~5,positively correlated with effective resistance(P(27)0.05),and did not correlate with other indices.Conclusion:1.The generation of nasal congestion in chronic sinusitis patients is mainly associated with soft tissue lesions.2.Nasal congestion VAS score presented low correlation with acoustic rhinometry and nasal resistance.3.Nasal congestion VAS score showed a general positive correlation with Lund-mackay score and Lund-kennedy score.4.There was low correlation between Lund-mackay score,Lund-kennedy score and nasal acoustic reflex and nasal resistance in CRS patients.
