The Experience Of Song Ruohui’s Application Of Zheng’s Dihuang Powder In Treating Chronic Pharyngitis Based On Data Mining

Objective Through data mining,the author analyzed the compatibility of Song Ruohui’s use of Zheng’s Dihuang powder in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and summarized the clinical experience of Song Ruohui’s treatment of chronic pharyngitis in order to improve the clinical curative effect.Methods According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,205 cases of chronic pharyngitis were selected and collected from December 2019 to December 2020 that visit to the Otolaryngology Department of Anhui Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.The data of 205 cases were input into the clinical medical record collection system and then introduced into the clinical medical record data processing system.Using Oracle 10 G to establish database,using SPSS Clementine Cliene 11.1software Aprior module to analyze association rules,and clustering analysis SPSS 22.0software system clustering function,the results of data analysis are discussed and sorted out,and the conclusion is summarized.Results:(1)Of 205 patients,71 were effective,126 were effective and 8 were ineffective.The total effective rate was 96.10%.(2)Of the 205 cases studied,119 men,58.05% of the total,and 86 women,41.95% of the total;Male: female =1.38:1.Seven patients aged 10-20,3.41% of the total;Forty-four patients,21.46% of the total;54 patients aged 30-40 years,26.34% of the total;39patients aged 40-50,19.02% of the total;33 patients aged 50-60,16.10% of the total;>28 people aged 60,It accounts for 13.66% of the total.The main symptoms are pharyngeal foreign body sensation,slight sore throat and dry pharynx.(3)Of the 205 medical cases in this study,there were 59 cases of spleen-stomach fever syndrome(28.78%),with 100% efficient;lung and kidney yin deficiency syndrome 50 cases(24.39%),with 100% efficient;lung meridian heat accumulation 45cases(21.95%),with 100% efficient;Ph legm coagulation blood stasis certificate 39cases(19.02%),with 100 % efficient;6 cases(2.93%),with 33.33% efficient;spleen and stomach deficiency and cold syndrome 3 cases(1.46%),with 33.33% efficient;syndrome of yang deficiency of spleen and kidney 3 cases(1.46%),with 33.33 %efficient.(4)Of 104 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the frequency of use ≥40 times has20 drugs,the cumulative frequency is 74.72.According to its use frequency from high to low order is peony peel,Radix Paeoniae rubra,mint,raw land,licorice,Atractylodes macrocephala,Radix angelicae dahurica,Schizonepeta,sea cucumber,Platycodon grandiflorum,Astragalus membranaceus,Codonopsis,Perilla leaf,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fritillaria thunbergii,Panax ginseng,ephedra,clam shell,ginger Pinellia ternata.(5)The statistical results of drug classification of 104 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine showed that most of the drugs were tonifying deficiency,relieving surface and clearing heat,accounting for 69.15% of the total frequency of drugs.(6)Of 104 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,the first three were lung,stomach and spleen,accounting for 26.04%,15.03% and 14.78% respectively.(7)Of 104 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine,cold drugs used the highest frequency,accounting for 47.57% of the total;flat drugs followed,accounting for27.97% of the total;warm drugs again,a total of 17.37%;cool drugs accounted for7.05% of the total;almost no use of hot drugs.(8)A total of 87.69% of the 104 traditional Chinese medicines were used with bitter,spicy and sweet flavors.(9)According to the analysis of association rules,the combination of drugs used by Song Ruohui is classified as: clearing heat and detoxifying,dispersing wind and dispersing evil,cooling blood and nourishing yin,etc.(10)Clustering analysis showed that the core drug groups of Song Ruohui in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis were :1 peony peel,mint,raw land,Radix Paeoniae Alba,Glycyrrhiza uralensis,Radix Atractylodes macrocephala,Angelica dahurica,Schizonepeta,Platycodon grandiflorum,Astragalus membranaceus,Perilla leaf,Codonopsis,Ophiopogon japonicus,Fritillaria thunbergii,Radix Isatidis,Ephedra,clam shell and Pinellia ternata.Conclusion:(1)Director Song believes that chronic pharyngitis is caused by "fire ",there are real fire,deficiency fire,clinical heat syndrome is more common,deficiency cold syndrome is rarely seen.(2)Director Song use Zheng’s Dihuang powder to treat chronic pharyngitis heat syndrome curative effect is remarkable,deficiency cold syndrome curative effect is not good,need careful use,use need to add qi and nourish yin.(3)According to the analysis of data mining,the theory of treating chronic pharyngitis with lung and spleen and stomach is reasonable and feasible.
