Study On The Rule Of Diagnosing And Treating Diabetes By Xujiang Famous Doctors

Objective:Collected and sorted out the contents of diabetic disease in 7 medical works of 5 representative physicians including Yu Jiayan,Gong Tingxian,Li Chan,Wei Yilin,Xie Yinglu,etc.,based on this content,to study its etiology,pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation and classification,Differentiation and treatment characteristics,prognosis adjustment,etc.;and count the data of the prescriptions and medicines,count the types and quantities of the medicines,and summarize the characteristics of the medicines used by the Xujiang doctors in the treatment of diabetes.The law of syndrome and treatment of Diabetes Xujiang’s famous doctor was excavated from it.Method:Using philology methods,collect and sort out the contents of diabetic diseases in 7 medical works of 5 physicians,including Yu Jiayan,Gong Tingxian,Li Chan,Wei Yilin,and Xie Yinglu.From the etiology and pathogenesis of Diabetes,syndrome differentiation,characteristics of differentiation and treatment,prognosis and nursing,etc.,the theory expounded and discussed the treatment of Diabetes.In addition,the frequency analysis of the drugs involved in the above five Xujiang physicians was performed in the SPSS 17.0 system,and the drugs used by the Xujiang physicians for the treatment of diabetes were listed,sorted by frequency of use,and marked with the characteristics and flavors of menstruation.In order to embody the combination of its theory and clinical practice,three medical records of Xiaoke using Xujiang’s famous doctor Xiaoke theory are also cited.Result:1.There are 26 medical records related to Diabetes in 5 Xujiang physicians including Yu Jiayan,with a total of 129 medicines recorded with a total of 878 frequency.Among them,Rehmannia,Poria,Ginseng,Trichosanthes,Licorice,Coptis,and Ophiopogon are the top 7 drugs with the highest frequency of use.2.In terms of nature and flavor,the frequency of use is sweet medicine>bitter medicine>sour medicine>salt medicine>pungent medicine;cold medicine>warm medicine>flat medicine>heat medicine.3.Regarding the meridian,the medicines for entering the lung meridian and the meridians of the spleen are the most,followed by the medicine for entering the stomach meridian and the medicine for entering the kidney meridian.4.In terms of efficacy,the most frequently used are tonics,(of which yin and blood tonics are the majority,Qi is the second,and yang is less),the number of times of heat-clearing drugs is the second,followed by collection Astringent medicine,qi regulating medicine,digestive medicine,phlegm medicine,tranquilizer,anti-surface medicine.Conclusion:1.The famous doctors in Xujiang believe that the main cause of diminishing thirst is the addiction to gluttony,intemperate eating,improper sexual intercourse,long-term use of danshi,external feelings of damp heat and dry fire,etc.,internal sorrow,long-term labor and other six aspects;2.The main treatment methods include nourishing yin and clearing heat,nourishing spleen qi,nourishing lung and nourishing kidney,nourishing qi and blood,nourishing kidney and nourishing yang.3.The law of diagnosis and treatment of Diabetes by famous doctors in Xujiang is as follows: the etiology emphasizes the desire for danshi,addiction to wine and color;the pathogenesis advocates yin deficiency and qi deficiency as the basis,and yang hyperactivity and dryness as the standard;the disease position emphasizes Zhongxiao,Do not forget the upper and lower;on the differentiation and treatment,emphasize the invigorating the kidney and the spleen,pay attention to nourishing qi and blood;on the regulation and care,do not forget the residual heat,and be good at preventing and treating changes.The theory of Diabetes Syndrome can guide clinical diagnosis and treatment of type 2 diabetes and its complications,Sjogren’s syndrome,diabetes insipidus and other diseases.
