| Objective: The objective of this study is to assess the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with acupoint acupuncture on FM infertility patients.Methods: In this study,60 cases of infertility patients with follicular maldevelopment of kidney qi deficiency type were selected as the observation objects.A clinical single blind randomized controlled trial was designed.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with acupoint acupuncture,and the control group was treated with clomiphene.The observation indexes were the largest follicle diameter before ovulation,endometrial thickness before ovulation,TCM syndrome score,ovulation rate of dominant follicles,clinical effective rate and TCM syndrome effective rate,and the clinical pregnancy rate was tracked.All the data were processed by spss25.0 statistical software,and the conclusion was drawn to evaluate the clinical efficacy.Results:(1)The contrast of general data: there was no significant differences in age,duration of disease,maximum diameter of follicle before treatment,endometrial thickness before ovulation,TCM syndrome score,and sex hormone level(all P > 0.05).(2)The effective rate of clinical disease: the effective rate of the treatment group was 83.33%,and the control group was 77.78%.In the effective rate of disease between the two groups,there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).but the effective rate of clinical disease in the treatment group was slightly higher.(3)TCM syndrome score: In the treatment group,the difference before and after treatment(P < 0.01)was statistically significant;In the control group,the difference before and after treatment(P > 0.05)was not statistically significant.The discrepancy between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01)was statistically significant.It shows that the treatment group has obvious effect on reducing the TCM syndrome of infertility patients with follicular maldevelopment of deficiency of kidney qi,but the treatment group has poor effect.(4)The effective rate of TCM syndrome: the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the control group was 22.22%.The discrepancy between the two groups(P<0.01)was statistically significant,and the effective rate of the treatment group was much higher than the control group,indicating that the treatment group has considerable effect in reducing TCM syndrome symptoms.(5)The largest diameter of follicle before ovulation: after treatment,the largest diameter of follicle in two groups are getting bigger.The difference of treatment group before and after treatment and the difference of control group before and after treatment(P < 0.01)were both statistically significant;the difference between the two groups after treatment(P< 0.01)was also statistically significant.It explains that the two groups have obvious effect on accelerating follicular development,relatively speaking,the treatment group is more effective.(6)The endometrial thickness before ovulation: in the treatment group,this was significant difference after treatment(P<0.01);in the control group,this was not significant difference after treatment(P>0.05);There are significant differences of endometrial thickness after the treatment between the two groups(P<0.01).It shows that the treatment group has obvious advantages in promoting endometrial hyperplasia.(7)The ovulation rate of the dominant follicles: the treatment group was 64.63% and 56.76% in the control group.No difference was found on the ovulation rate of the dominant follicles after treatment between the two groups(P>0.05),but we can see that the ovulation rate of the treatment group was higher than the control group.(8)Pregnancy rate comparison: in the treatment group,thirteen patients were pregnant,the rate of pregnancy was 43.3%;in the control group,five patients were pregnant,the rate of pregnancy was 18.5%,we can find the significantly difference between the two groups(P<0.05)on the rate of pregnancy.The treatment of the treatment group is more conducive to embryo implantation,so as to achieve the purpose of pregnancy.Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine cycle therapy combined with acupoint acupuncture can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients with follicular maldevelopment infertility of kidney qi deficiency type.It has a significant effect in promoting follicular development,effectively promoting endometrial proliferation and growth,improving endometrial receptivity,and also has a more obvious effect in improving the pregnancy rate. |
