Evaluation Of Clinical Efficacy Of Blood Pricking Combined With Cauterization In The Treatment Of Chronic Pharyngitis

Objective: To observe the changes of pharyngeal symptoms and signs of patients with chronic pharyngitis before and after treatment,evaluate the clinical efficacy of pricking blood combined with cauterization in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis,and provide TCM External Treatment Scheme for the treatment of chronic pharyngitis.Methods: From March 2019 to December 2020,120 patients with chronic pharyngitis in the outpatient department of Otorhinolaryngology,Affiliated Hospital of Jiangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine were randomly divided into blood pricking combined with cauterization group,blood pricking group and cauterization group according to the ratio of 1:1:1,with 40 cases in each group.The blood pricking combined with cauterization group was treated with blood pricking first and then cauterization;the blood pricking group was treated with blood pricking;the cauterization group was treated with cauterization.The three groups were treated once a week for 4 weeks.The scores of pharyngeal symptoms,signs and total scores of the three groups on the first day of diagnosis and the 7th,14 th,21st and 28 th day of treatment were recorded.The data were statistically analyzed by SPSS25.0 software.The clinical efficacy of pricking blood combined with cauterization therapy in the treatment of chronic pharyngitis was evaluated according to the results of data analysis.Results: The total number of effective cases was 120.The therapeutic effect of pricking blood combined with cauterization is better than that of pricking blood and cauterization.The therapeutic effect of pricking blood combined with cauterization is equivalent to that of cauterization.For the improvement of pharyngeal symptoms and signs,the combination of pricking blood and cauterization is better than pricking blood and cauterization;for the improvement of pharyngeal pain,pharyngeal foreign body sensation,pharyngeal tight feeling and pharyngeal mucosal congestion,the combination of pricking blood and cauterization is better than pricking blood and cauterization;for the improvement of pharyngeal dryness and pharyngeal burning sensation,the combination of pricking blood and cauterization is better than cauterization,which is equivalent to pricking blood To improve pharyngeal itching,pricking blood combined with cauterization therapy is better than pricking blood method,which is equivalent to cauterization therapy;there is no significant difference in the improvement of lymphofollicular hyperplasia in the posterior pharyngeal wall.Three groups of patients in the course of treatment did not appear any adverse reactions,safety evaluation for grade I.Conclusion: Pricking blood combined with cauterization is an effective method to treat chronic pharyngitis,which can effectively improve the symptoms and signs of pharynx.This technology is safe,simple and low cost,which is worthy of popularization and application.
