Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of 30cases Of VEGFR-TKI Induced Ⅱ ～ Ⅲ Hand And Foot Skin Reactions By Yiqi Jiedu Liangxue Decoction Combined With LG09 Geranium

ObjectiveTo observe the therapeutic effect of Yiqi jiedu Liangxue recipe combined with LG09 geranium prescription on 30 cases of VEGFR-TKI related grade Ⅱ ～ ⅢHFSR,the relief degree of hand and foot pain,the KPS score,the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the time of remission to grade I of HFSR and the completion rate of VEGFR-TKI drugs,which could provide clinical evidence for the treatment of gradeⅡ ～ Ⅲ HFSR.MethodIn this study,30 patients with grade Ⅱ ～ Ⅲ hand and foot skin reaction caused by VEGFR-TKI treatment and TCM syndrome of deficiency of both qi and yin and blood heat syndrome were treated with Yiqi jiedu Liangxue recipe combined with external washing of LG09 geranium herb prescription for 21 days in a cycle.The efficacy of HFSR treatment,hand and foot pain relief,KPS score and TCM syndrome were evaluated at 7 days,14 days and 21 days respectively.The time of HFSR grade remission to grade I was observed during the treatment,and the completion rate of VEGFR-TKI drugs was calculated at the end of the treatment.Result1.The effective rate of HFSR treatment was 86.7% in 7 days,93.3% in 14 days and 96.7% in 21 days.There was no difference between 14 days and 7 days,21 days and 14 days(P>0.05)2.The effective rate of hand and foot pain relief was 46.7% in 7 days,76.7% in14 days and 93.3% in 21 days.There was significant difference between 14 days and7 days,21 days and 14 days(P < 0.05).3.KPS score: As the extension of treatment time,the KPS score of patients were increased,and there were differences between 14 days and 7 days,21 days and14 days(P < 0.01).4.In terms of the efficacy of TCM symptoms,the effective rates of 7 days,14 days and 21 days were 43.3%,80.0% and 93.3%,respectively.there were differences between 14 days and 7 days,21 days and 14 days(P < 0.05).5.The time of HFSR gradeⅡwas reduced to grade Ⅰ,the shortest time was 2days,the longest was 5 days,and the median time was 3 days,while grade Ⅲ was reduced to grade Ⅰ,the shortest time was 5 days,the longest time was 18 days,and the median time was 12.5 days.6.In terms of VEGFR-TKI drug completion rate: in this study,there were 7cases of drug reduction,2 cases of drug withdrawal,and the completion rate of VEGFR-TKI drug was 70%.ConclusionIn the patients with grade Ⅱ ～ Ⅲ hand and foot skin reaction caused by oral VEGFR-TKI treatment,Yiqi jiedu Liangxue prescription combined with external washing of LG09 geranium prescription was used to achieve a good effect,and improve the quality of life,and help patients to complete VEGFR-TKI drug treatment.
