| Objective: In this study, pain point injection combined with massage was used to treat frozen periarthritis of shoulder in order to relieve the pain and restore the functional activity of shoulder.By comparing the indicators of the observation group and the control group, the efficacy of the two treatment methods was analyzed, which provided an effective and feasible plan for the diagnosis and treatment of frozen periarthritis of shoulder in clinical. Methods: Seventy-six patients with periarthritis of shoulder in freezing period in the First Department of Orthopedics,The Second Affiliated Hospital of Anhui University of Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to January 2020 were collected strictly according to the inclusion criteria. All the patients were divided into observation group and control group according to the principle of randomization. The observation group was treated with pain point injection combined with massage, while the control group was treated with massage. All patients in the observation group and the treatment group received shoulder injection and massage by the same doctor. All patients cooperated with the treatment and completed the collection of relevant data.VAS score,CMS score, inflammatory indexes and clinical efficacy of patients before and after treatment were observed, and appropriate statistical methods were selected to process and analyze the data of the two groups.Results:1.After comparing general basic information such as gender and age between the observation group and the control group, there was no statistical difference, indicating that age and gender had no effect on the experimental results, and patients in the two groups could be compared.2.Visual analogue score(VAS)comparison: there was no statistically significant difference in VAS before treatment(P>0.05),but there was statistically significant difference in VAS between groups after 1 week and 2 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After treatment, the VAS of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, indicating that the pain relief of the observation group was better than that of the control group after treatment.3.Constant-Murley score(CMS): there was no statistically significant difference CMS score before treatment(P > 0.05),after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment, after 1month of CMS score after repeated comparison, analysis of variance(P < 0.05),statistically significant differences, two groups of patients after treatment were treatment results have been achieved, patients with pain, life and activity, muscle strength aspects of all the previous continue to improve. When comparing between groups,P<0.05 after 1 week,2 weeks and 1 month of treatment was statistically significant, indicating that the curative effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group, and the curative effect of the observation group was more lasting.4.Inflammation indexes, hypersensitive c-reactive protein(CRP)and serum interleukin6(IL-6)comparison: observation group and control group before treatment(P < 0.05,no statistical difference, after 1 week,2 weeks after treatment comparison,CRP,IL-6all fell, comparison between groups(P < 0.05,the difference was statistically significant, observation group of patients with lower serum CRP,IL-6 was stronger.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: the total effective rate of the observation group was95%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 87%.After statistical analysis, the clinical efficacy of the two groups was different, and the clinical efficacy of the observation group was better than that of the control groupConclusion: The clinical efficacy of pain point injection combined with massage in the treatment of frozen periarthritis of shoulder is better than that of massage treatment. It can effectively relieve the pain of patients and improve the range of motion of shoulder joint. The efficacy is lasting and worthy of affirmation. |
