Objective:Clear for the long-term prognosis and safety of patients with coronary heart disease after coronary artery intervention after taking double antiplate plate plate therapy >12 months.Method:This study is a follow-up study on the clinical application of PCI postoperative dose DAPT in 2625 cases started in 2005.Its included 291 patients with coronary heart disease who were treated with PCI at TEDA International Cardiovascular Hospital from January 2015 to January 2018 and were treated regularly for a long period of time. The study population was divided into 3 groups according to different antiplatet treatment programs:In the small dose group : 100mg/d aspirin +25mg/d clopidogre drug therapy patients 104 cases; The conventional dose group:100mg/d aspirin +75mg/d clopidogre drug therapy patients 88 cases;A simple dose group:100 mg/d aspirin drug therapy patients 99 cases. The t-test and the counting data card side test were used for two comparisons of independent samples conforming to the normal distributio. The main study endpoint was 5 years of major adverse cardiovascular events:Death、Myocardial infarction、Blood transport reconstruction、Blood clots in the stent、worsening angina、Unstable angina、Bleeding events.Consequent:Through the analysis of the main endpoint events in patients for 5 years, the analysis shows:The rate of myocardial infarction、worsening angina、Unstable angina、Bleeding events,in patients in the small dose group was lower than that in the simple dose group, the comparison differences between groups are statistically significant(P<0.05);The occurrence of death、Blood transport reconstruction、Blood clots in the stent,in the small dose group was lower than that in the simple dose group, however, there is no statistical significance for comparing differences between groups(P>0.05);The rate of bleeding events in patients in the conventional dose group was about the same as in the pure dose group(P<0.05);The rate of bleeding events in patients in the conventional dose group was about the same as in the pure dose group, there is no statistical significance for comparing differences between groups(P>0.05);The rate of myocardial infarction was significantly lower in patients in the conventional dose group than in the simple dose group, the comparison differences between groups are statistically significant(P<0.05);There was no significant decrease in the rate of Death、Blood transport reconstruction、Blood clots in the stent,in patients in the conventional dose group compared to the simple dose group, there is no statistical significance for comparing differences between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:PCI postoperative DAPT treatment greater than 12 months 100 mg aspirin+25mg clopidogrel drug treatment patients MACE risk is more effective than simply 100 mg aspirin treatment patients with no increased risk of bleeding event.
