Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Hyperplasia Of Mammary Glands With Heat-sensitive Moxibustion Combined With Acupuncture

Objective:The clinical efficacy of heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture in the treatment of hyperplasia of mammary glands of liver qi stagnation type was observed by randomized control method,with heat sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture as the experimental group and simple acupuncture as the control group.Methods:Sixty patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group with 30 cases each.The control group was treated with acupuncture only.Acupuncture points were selected: Tanzhong,Rugen,Wuyi,Qimen,Taichong,Fonglong,Hangjian,Jianjing,1 time/day,30 minutes each time,the experimental group used heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture therapy,that is,heat-sensitive moxibustion on the basis of the control group,1 time/day Each treatment time is 45 minutes.The treatments of the two groups are started 10 days after the end of menstruation.10 consecutive treatments constitute a course of treatment.Only one course of treatment is done per menstrual cycle,and treatment is stopped during menstruation.There are 3 courses of treatment in total..Observe the scores of breast pain,lumps,TCM-associated symptoms before and after treatment,and Zung’s Self-Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)Depression Self-Rating Scale(SDS).And evaluate and compare the efficacy of the two groups.Record the bad situation and treatment,and make follow-up records after 3 months.Finally,all the collected data are entered into the computer for summary,and the software SPSS25.0 is used for statistical analysis.Results:1.Include 60 patients,the final actual sample size is 57 cases,2 cases fall off in the experimental group,1 case fall off in the control group,28 cases in the experimental group,29 cases in the control group.2.Analysis of baseline data results before intervention: The average age(years)of the experimental group and the control group were(33.0±6.122,33.72±6.256),and the average duration of disease(months)were(26.2±11.504,22.4±10.917),and the average age Younger,with a mediocre course of illness.The average value of breast pain and lumps in the two groups was grade 2 moderate,and the scores of TCM-associated symptoms were higher,and the average grade was between moderate to severe,P>0.05,both of which were comparable.The anxiety treatment group accounted for 28%,the control group 24%,the depression treatment accounted for 25%,and the control group 31%.The anxiety and depression scores were statistically tested(P>0.05),and they were comparable.3.Before and after the intervention,the main breast symptoms(pain,tumor range,tumor size)and the scores of the associated symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine decreased in the two groups before and after the intervention.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The two groups of anxiety self-rating scales The scores all declined,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the difference in the self-rating depression scale score of the treatment group was statistically significant(P<0.05),while the difference in the depression scale score of the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05);4.Comparison between groups before and after intervention,in terms of main breast symptoms(pain,mass hardness,mass range,mass size),statistical data analysis results show that P<0.05,the difference is statistically significant;the two groups are accompanied by symptoms and menstrual conditions,Anxiety,Depression score comparison,the data results show P <0.05,the difference is also statistically significant;5.Comparison of the curative effect of the two groups after intervention,the main symptom curative effect: the total effective rate of the heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture group was 92.85%;the total effective rate of the acupuncture group was 82.75%;the curative effect of the main symptoms of the two groups was statistically different;Efficacy: the total effective rate of the heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture group is 100%;the total effective rate of the simple acupuncture group is 79%;the two groups have statistically significant differences in efficacy;6.Comparison of follow-up results 3 months after the end of treatment: The recurrence rate of heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture was(7%)lower than that of the simple acupuncture group(31%),there is a statistical difference.7.Adverse events: No serious adverse events occurred during the study period,and the safety level was level 2.Conclusion:Both heat-sensitive moxibustion combined with acupuncture and simple acupuncture can improve the main symptoms(breast pain,lumps)and accompanying symptoms(accompanying symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine,anxiety and depression)of liver-stagnation and qi stagnation type breast hyperplasia,combined with heat-sensitive moxibustion Acupuncture has better curative effect.
