The Experience Design Of Remote Rehabilitation Platform From The Perspective Of Flow

With the rapid iterative development of technology,the telemedicine of rehabilitation also accelerates its development,and a large number of telemedicine products emerge at the right moment and grow rapidly.Remote rehabilitation can reduce the burden of rehabilitation cost of patients and the pressure of rehabilitation nursing staff,and improve the utilization of social resources.However,incorrect rehabilitation training will bring risk factors for rehabilitation to users.In the process of remote rehabilitation,attention should be paid to the evaluation and management of rehabilitation behavior process to ensure the safety,accuracy and effectiveness of patients’ rehabilitation training process.How to start from each contact point of patients’ tele-rehabilitation,guide users’ tele-rehabilitation behavior,obtain good tele-rehabilitation experience,so as to form healthy rehabilitation habits is the focus of this paper.Based on the flow theory,this topic carried out design research and design discussion on the problem of forming the best experience in the process of remote rehabilitation,and clarified the causal relationship among various factors affecting the remote rehabilitation experience.Firstly,this paper conducts literature research on the theoretical part,mainly including flow theory and flow model,combs and summarizes the components of flow experience,and guides the design and research of creating flow activities.Secondly,based on the era of mobile Internet,the author explores the factors influencing the formation of the best remote rehabilitation experience.Starting from the user’s psychology,behavior,environment and experience,the author carries out research and analysis,and finds out the rules and principles influencing each factor.Through the interpretation of the design case,it explains the positive influence and importance of the intervention of flow theory to the remote rehabilitation experience,which provides the application value for the research of the subject.By taking the dynamic experience of remote rehabilitation as the research object of the design of this topic,in order to have a deeper understanding of the rehabilitation needs and rehabilitation behaviors of users.The author carried out field research,quantitative analysis and qualitative research,and invited experts,users and doctors to participate in the research to obtain first-hand data.Classify and summarize data,output typical user portraits,display user characteristics and list of demand points.The last part of the paper outputs the design model based on the previous theoretical research and user survey.The process of forming the best experience of the remote rehabilitation platform was divided into three stages.Combined with the influencing factors of the three stages,the theoretical model of the experience design of the remote rehabilitation platform was constructed.According to the different characteristics of the three stages,the corresponding design strategies and principles are proposed to provide some reference for the design of remote rehabilitation.This research takes flow as the best dynamic experience of remote rehabilitation,aiming to form a dynamic and active continuous rehabilitation state,promote the continuous satisfaction and growth of the interaction between patients and the environment,so as to obtain a pleasant remote rehabilitation experience.To provide more ideas and references for the follow-up research on rehabilitation design.
