Objective: To observe the curative effect of acupuncture at back Shu combined with cupping in the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia, evaluate the therapeutic advantages of acupuncture at back Shu combined with cupping, and provide a feasible scheme for the treatment of stroke associated pneumonia. Methods:Research subjects: According to the project plan,60 SAP patients hospitalized in the eighth ward of acupuncture and moxibustion of the First Affiliated Hospital of Tianjin University of traditional Chinese medicine from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each group.Research methods: The two groups were treated with Xingnao Kaiqiao acupuncture. The control group was treated with conventional anti infection therapy and basic treatment of cerebrovascular disease. The treatment group was treated with acupuncture at Beishu combined with cupping therapy on the basis of the control group. The main points were Feishu,Pishu and Xinshu, once a day,6 times a week, with 30 points for each time,7 days for a course of treatment,a total of 2 courses of 14 days.Observation indexes: Disappearance time of main symptoms and signs, laboratory inflammatory indexes(total number of white blood cells),chest X-ray and CT were the main observation indexes;NIHSS scale score and ADL scale score were the secondary indexes.Statistical methods: Spss21.0 software was used for statistical data analysis. The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Results:1 According to the analysis of 60 subjects, there were 29 males and 31 females with stroke associated pneumonia. The hospitalization age was 60-75 years old,and the course of disease was mostly 5-7 days.2 Before treatment, the general baseline data(age, gender, course of disease),symptoms and signs of pneumonia, imaging examination,NIHSS score and ADL score of the two groups were compared by software analysis(P > 0.05).3 Before treatment, the total score of TCM syndrome of the two groups after treatment was significantly decreased(P < 0.05),and the difference between the two groups was significant(P < 0.01).The scores of cough, expectoration and fever were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01),and the scores of lung auscultation, imaging examination and WBC count were significantly lower than those before treatment(P < 0.01).The scores of cough and expectoration were significantly different between the two groups(P< 0.05).Fever score was compared between groups,P = 0.05,no statistical significance.Lung auscultation, imaging examination,WBC count were compared between groups, the treatment group was better than the control group, with statistical significance.4 There were significant differences in NIHSS score and ADL score between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion1 The prevalence rate of male and female patients is roughly the same, the age of hospitalization is mostly between 60-75 years old,and the course of stroke associated pneumonia is mostly 5-7 days.2 Before and after treatment, the two groups were effective in improving cough, expectoration, fever, pulmonary moist rales, pulmonary imaging score and WBC count in laboratory examination.3 After treatment, the treatment group was better than the control group in improving cough, expectoration, pulmonary moist rales, pulmonary imaging score and WBC count.4 After treatment, there was no significant difference in the improvement of fever symptoms between the two groups.
