| Objective:Through observe the clinical efficacy of patients with cold-damp lumbar disc herniation treated by Jiaji points acupuncture combined with lumbar obliquepulling manipulation method to discuss the effectiveness and safety of the combined treatment programs of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of cold-damp lumbar disc herniation.Methods:Collect the relevant medical records of patients with lumbar disc herniation who visited the Department of Orthopedics and Traumatology of the First Teaching Hospital of Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to January 2021.According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria,85 patients with colddamp lumbar disc herniation were screened.According to the different intervention methods received during treatment,the patients were divided into the observation group(42 cases)and the control group(43 cases).Patients in both groups received 10 times of lumbar oblique-pulling manipulation and acupuncture,the control group,Shenshu,Dachangshu and other acupoints were selected during acupuncture;The observation group acupuncture acupoints in the control group on the basis of the L3-L5 Jiaji points on both sides.Collecting the date of VAS score,JOA low back pain score,TCM syndrome integral,TCM single symptom score and plantar infrared thermal imaging temperature difference on each patient before,after and one month after treatment,and therapeutic effect evaluation standard of TCM syndrome and the JOA low back pain score period comprehensive evaluation the clinical efficacy of two treatment method.All data collected in this study were analyzed and compared by SPSS 21.0.Results:1.The general medical history data of the two groups of patients,including gender,age,course of disease,and various research observation indicators before treatment,including VAS score,JOA low back pain score,TCM syndrome score,TCM single symptom score and plantar infrared thermal imaging temperature difference record comparison,The differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05),and they were comparable.2.After 10 times of treatment,VAS score,JOA low back pain score,TCM syndrome score and TCM single symptom score in 2 groups were improved to varying degrees compared with before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05);Compared with the control group,the observation group had better improvement in the main observation indexes at the end of treatment and 1 month after the end of treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).3.After 10 times of treatment,the difference in the infrared temperature of the plantar of patients in both groups was improved compared with that before treatment,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Compared with the observation group,the effect of the patients in the observation group was more significant,with statistical significance(P<0.05).4.The overall efficacy of the two intervention methods in the treatment of cold and damp lumbar disc herniation:(1)the improvement rate of JOA lumbago: the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.2% and90.7%,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(2)Evaluation of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 88.1% and 69.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiaji points acupuncture combined with lumbar oblique-rotation manipulation could treat cold-damp type lumbar disc herniation,with definite therapeutic effect.It can improve VAS score,JOA low back pain score,TCM syndrome integral,TCM single symptom score and plantar infrared thermal imaging temperature difference of the patients with cold-damp lumbar disc herniation.It can significantly improve the sensation of cold pain and the function of the lumbar spine.Jiaji points acupuncture combined with lumbar oblique-pulling manipulation method showed certain advantages compared with those who did not choose Jiaji points acupuncture combined with lumbar oblique-pulling manipulation. |
