ObjectiveBased on the theory of ZIWULIUZHU,to investigate the influence of time in the treatment of Ⅰstage shoulder-hand syndrome(SHS)after stroke by acupuncture, and evaluates the feasibility of ZIWULIUZHU NAJIA method as a basic acupuncture method,so as to provide a effective clinical treatment scheme, and has promotion significance.MethodsThis study collected into the standard of 64 patients in totally with Ⅰstage SHS and randomly divides them into two groups, named treatment group with 33 cases(two cases were discontinued),control group with 31 cases(one case was discontinued),all the discontinued cases were failed to received treatment according to the course. Two groups were treated by the same Western medicine treatment and “wen tong stitch”,in the treatment group, the patients were treated by NAJIA method, while the patients in the control group were not. Each group was treated by 2 periods and have 2 days’ rest.VAS score,FMA score and joint-swelling score were evaluated before treatment, after 10 days’ treatment and 20 days’ treatment,to evaluate the effect of ZIWULIUZHU NAJIA method combined with WENTONG acupuncture method on SHS.Results1 Before treatment, the difference in VAS score between the two groups(Z=-0.679,P=0.497 > 0.05)was slightly. After the treatment, there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 71.0%,which was significant higher than that of the control group 56.7%,the curative effect of the treatment group was better.2 Before treatment, the difference in FMA score between the two groups(t=1.720,P=0.091>0.05)was slightly. After the treatment, although there wasn’t significant difference between the two groups(P >0.05),the effective rate of the treatment group was 61.3%,which was higher than that of the control group(53.3%),the curative effect of the treatment group was better.3 Before treatment, the difference in the score of joint edema between the two groups(x~2=1.826,P=0.609>0.05)was slightly. After the treatment, the data of the two groups were compared between groups and two periods of the treatments, there was significant difference(P < 0.05)in the end,the curative effect of the treatment group was better.Conclusions1 For patients with SHS I after stroke,NAJIA method and normal acupuncture treatment can effectively alleviate the pain of affected limb and joint edema, and improve the function score of patients.2 By the treatment pf ZIWULIUZHU NAJIA method combined with “wen tong stitch”in the treatment of SHS I was significantly better than the control group in reducing the pain and joint edema of the affected limb, but slightly better than the control group in improving the function of the affected limb.3 Combine ZIWULIUZHU with “wen tong stitch” can effectively treat shoulder-hand syndrome.Although the theory of ZIWULIUZHU is complex, the clinical application of acupuncture points are more flexible and easier to operate, which fully reflect the theory of the unity of nature and man in traditional Chinese medicine, and the therapeutic effect is reliable, which is worthy to popularize.
