Objective:To observe the effectiveness and safety of nalbuphine combined with propofol in children with painless colonoscopy. Methods:A total of 90 children aged 3 to 6 years old from the Children’s Hospital of Chongqing Medical University who underwent painless colonoscopy from May to October 2020 were randomly divided into 2 groups,45 cases in each group.Respectively:nalbuphine group(N group):nalbuphine 0.3mg/kg intravenously combined with propofol3mg/kg;sufentanil group(S group):sufentanil 0.2μg/kg intravenously combined with propofol 3mg/kg.According to the procedure of colonoscopy, observe the changes of HR,MAP,RR and Sp O2 of the two groups of children at immediately before administration(T0),3 minutes after administration(T1),when entering the endoscopy(T2),and after the spleen At each observation time point(T3),when the liver area is mirrored(T4),when polyp is removed(T5),when the lens is withdrawn(T6),and when the child opens his or her body movement(T7);recording induction time(IT),examination time(total scan time,ST),recovery time(RT);observe analgesic effect(using BPS-NI score[Modified Behavioral Pain Scale score for non-intubated patients]>5 points and additional propofol assessment)and the incidence of adverse reactions. Results:There was no statistically significant difference in gender, age, body weight,ASA classification, operation type and number of polyps between the two groups(P>0.05);HR,MAP,RR and Sp O2of the two groups of children 3min after administration(T1)were lower than immediately before administration(T0)(P<0.05);the respiratory rate and the oxygen saturation at T1of the N group were higher than those of the S group(P<0.05),and their recovery time was significantly shorter than that of the S group(P=0.00);There was no significant difference in the analgesic effect between the two groups of children(P>0.05);there were no adverse reactions in the N group,5 cases of coughing in the S group, and no serious complications occurred in the two groups. Conclusion:Nalbuphine combined with propofol has good sedative and analgesic effects in children’s painless colonoscopy, with little impact on breathing, low incidence of adverse reactions and quick recovery.
