| Objective To investigate the risk factors of gastrointestinal bleeding after coronary artery stent implantation(PCI)after dual antiplatelet therapy in patients with coronary heart disease. Methods All patients were collected for age, gender, smoking history, drinking history, whether complicated with hypertension and diabetes.Serum creatinine(mmol/L),hemoglobin(g/L),platelet(×109),white blood cell(×1012),neutrophil percentage, and left ventricular ejection fraction were measured. Results Compared with the group without gastrointestinal bleeding after PCI,the group with gastrointestinal bleeding after PCI had higher age, creatinine, and lower hemoglobin.Logistic regression analysis:Low hemoglobin and smoking history are independent risk factors for upper gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI.Conclusion Low hemoglobin and smoking history are independent risk factors for gastrointestinal bleeding in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI. |
