| Background It is one of the key methods in the medical reform now for genaral doctor service.In probeing the representative general doctor service system in many provinces of the country,many representative practice modes have been formed.Family doctor studio is an innovative measure in the way of looking for family doctor service,it is very important to building a qualified classification medical system.In recent years,family doctor studios have started pilot operation in many provinces in China,but the research on family doctor studios by domestic scholars is still not deep enough.Purposes The study of chongqing yuzhong district community residents,family doctor studio’s family doctor questionnaire investigation,the research of the operation situation of chongqing yuzhong district family doctor studio,we also want to survey the facts that influence residents signed the family doctor studio.At the same time,to looking for the doubts that existing in doctor studio and try to come up with advices to improve the general studio.Methods 37 family doctor studios,which were selected as Yuzhong District of Chongqing.They are used as sample family doctor studios.We take the random sampling as the way to questionnaire.There are 330community residents and 37 studio family doctors surveid by us.There are descriptive explain,analysis of?χ~2and diverses logistic regression analysis to analysis recycling questionnaire.Results 247 of the community residents surveyed in Yuzhong District have signed a contract with a gp studio,the sigined rate is 76.9%.According to the results of multiple logistic regression analysis,the specific factors affecting community residents’signing of family doctor services include age range from 41 to 50 years(OR=0.185,CI:0.073-0.469),chronic diseases(OR=3.503,CI:2.036-6.025)),more willing to go to a municipal hospital after illness(OR=0.229,CI:0.129-0.408),support the development of a family doctor’s studio(OR=26.107,CI:5.739-118.756),and know little about the specific work of family doctors(OR=0.052,CI:0.023-0.118),never heard of family doctor contract service(OR=0.037,CI:0.014-0.098),community family doctor publicity is not in place(OR=0.070,CI:0.031-0.0159),etc.factor.From family doctor studio survey shows that 90.3%of the studio family doctors think family doctor studio has established a relatively standard workshop service process and operation norm,58.1%of family doctors think the home studio team can provide the most personalized service for signing residents,61.3%of family doctors think hard door-to-door service,16.1%of family doctors believe studio at present the main problems is medical personnel quantity is not enough.Conclusion The factors that influence the community residents tosign a family doctor’s studio focus on the community residents’cognition and experience of the family doctor’s studio.The practice and operation of family doctor studios are good on the whole,but there are still some limitations in the operation,such as imperfect supporting policies,ambiguous policy positioning,mismatching of personnel and responsibility,and inadequate publicity.In the future,supporting policies for family doctor studios should be established and improved,support team construction of family doctor studios should be done well,and value publicity of family doctor studios should be strengthened. |
