In recent years, with the steady development of China’s economy, various factors of national health crisis are increasing, and the healthy development has gradually been paid attention by the government.Health is the premise of human production activities, which affects the living standard and career planning of individuals. As a kind of medical industry which directly affects the health level of residents, the cluster development phenomenon appears in some areas, and also promotes the development of high-tech industry. Therefore,in the context of healthy China,it is necessary to study the impact of the collaborative agglomeration of medical industry and high-tech industry on the health production efficiency. This paper first discusses the core concepts and sorts out related theories such as industrial agglomeration theory, industrial synergy theory, externality theory and efficiency theory,as well as domestic and foreign research literature, and summarizes the function of medical industry and high-tech industry on the healthy production efficiency. Then, the paper summarizes the measurement methods of industrial collaborative agglomeration, calculates the level of medical industry agglomeration,high-tech industry agglomeration and industrial collaborative agglomeration in China from 2005 to 2018 by using the revised E-G index, and analyzes the spatial and temporal characteristics of the industrial agglomeration, and concludes that the concentration level of high-tech industries in the East has been declining, while the central part is always on the rise; The concentration level of medical industry in the East and central China has been in a downward trend, while the west is on the rise;the level of industrial coordination agglomeration generally shows the characteristics of strong east and weak in the West.Secondly,it introduces the evaluation method of health production efficiency--intermediate DEA and index selection, and constructs a provincial health production efficiency evaluation model with the number of health technicians per 10000 people, medical institutions per 10000 people and beds per 10000 people as input indexes, the total survival year as expected output index, perinatal mortality and maternal mortality as unexpected output index Finally, the paper analyzes the temporal and spatial variation characteristics of health production efficiency, and draws a conclusion: on the whole,China’s health production efficiency shows the characteristics of "Western <central < Eastern".Finally, the paper analyzes the spatial autocorrelation of health production efficiency, medical industry and high-tech industry, introduces the control variables, and then makes an empirical analysis by establishing spatial dobin model, and concludes that both the explanatory variables and the core explanatory variables have significant spatial positive correlation, and the improvement of the collaborative agglomeration of medical industry and high-tech industry in this province will be significantly improved It will promote the improvement of the health production efficiency of surrounding provinces and the whole country, but the impact on the health production efficiency of the province is not significant.Among the control variables, the improvement of education and economic level of the province will significantly promote the improvement of the healthy production efficiency of the province, while the population density and urbanization level have a significant negative impact on the health production efficiency of the surrounding provinces and the domestic. The improvement of education level in this province will significantly promote the improvement of health production efficiency in the province, which may be the result of high-income residents’ high requirements for medical services. The results of direct, indirect and total effects of government service level and income gap between urban and rural areas are not significant.Based on the above conclusions, the paper puts forward policy suggestions: the government should give full play to the advantages of the coordination and agglomeration of medical industry and high-tech industry, reasonably distribute the industry;pay attention to improving the education level and health literacy of residents, advocate healthy lifestyle;adjust income policy, macrocontrol the allocation of urban and rural medical service resources;improve the level of urban construction, develop green transportation, reduce pollutant emissions.
