Clinical Observation Of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction In The Treatment Of Primary Hypertension(Phlegm Dampness Accumulation Type)

Objective: The scores of TCM syndromes,blood pressure,changes in the European Vertigo Evaluation Scale(EEV)scores,and Duchenne’s Hypertension Quality of Life Scale for patients with essential hypertension(phlegm dampness accumulation type)before and after treatment with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction The score changes were observed and analyzed,and the clinical effects of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction were discussed.Methods: Selected from September 2018 to December 2020,64 patients with essential hypertension(phlegm dampness accumulation type)who were treated at the outpatient department of Professor Zhou Yabin,the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and met the inclusion criteria,were all given oral half Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction modified and subtracted for treatment.The treatment period was set to 4 weeks,and self-controlled studies were carried out.The blood pressure value,TCM syndrome score,European Vertigo Evaluation Scale(EEV)score and Duchenne’s Hypertension Quality of Life Scale score were measured and recorded before treatment,at the second weekend and the fourth weekend after medication,respectively.The data obtained was processed and analyzed using software SPSS 23.0,and the follow-up started 2 weeks after the end of the treatment course.Results: A total of 64 patients who met the inclusion criteria were included in this trial,and 3 cases were dropped due to poor personal compliance,and a total of 61 cases were observed.1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the individual scores and total scores of TCM syndromes showed a significant decreasing trend compared with those before the treatment.The difference was statistically significant,P<0.01.The total effective rate is 80.33%.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the patients showed a significant decreasing trend compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01.The total effective rate is 77.05%.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,the European Vertigo Rating Scale(EEV)score of the patient was significantly lower than before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01.4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the score of the Duchenne’s Hypertension Quality of Life Scale was significantly improved compared with that before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.01.Conclusion:1.Using Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction to treat phlegm dampness accumulation type essential hypertension can significantly reduce the symptoms of patients and reduce the scores of TCM syndromes.2.Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can significantly reduce the blood pressure of patients with phlegm dampness accumulation type essential hypertension.3.Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can significantly reduce the European Vertigo Evaluation Scale(EEV)score in patients with phlegm dampness accumulation type essential hypertension.4.Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction can improve the quality of life of Du’s hypertension in patients with phlegm dampness accumulation type essential hypertension.
