| Objective:Observation after Fumai Longmu decoction treatmen contracts before sexual period(qi and Yin deficiency type)of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndromes in patients with total integral,single dynamic electrocardiogram curative effect,symptom integral,ventricular premature beat Lown concise classification and survival quality evaluation scale(SF-12),etc,the influence of evaluation after Fumai Longmu decoction treatmen contracts before sexual period(qi and Yin deficiency type)in patients with clinical efficacy.Methods:Selected in July 2020-December 2020 in heilongjiang university second affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine heart two families of outpatient diagnostic standard contracts before sexual period(qi and Yin deficiency type)and Lown grade was Ⅰ-Ⅱ in patients with 60 cases,according to random number table method is divided into the treatment group,30 cases in control group,30 cases in the control group oral times he grams,the treatment group in the control group on the basis of taking Fumai Longmu decoction,two groups of treatment 4 weeks.Observe the two groups before treatment,4 weeks after treatment the total integral effect,TCM syndromes of single symptom integral effect,24-hour dynamic electrocardiogram curative effect,contracts before sexual period Lown concise curative effect and life quality evaluation scale(SF-12),etc.,so as to evaluate Fumai Longmu decoction on contracts before sexual period(qi and Yin deficiency type)in patients with the clinical curative effect and quality of life.Result:1.TCM symptoms: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the total TCM syndrome score and single syndrome score of the two groups decreased after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the total TCM syndrome score and single syndrome score of the treatment group decreased significantly after 4 weeks of treatment.There was significant difference(P<0.05);After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of TCM syndromes in the treatment group was 93.1%,and that of the control group was 68.9%.In the treatment group of single syndrome of TCM,palpitation,shortness of breath,fatigue,dry mouth,dizziness,insomnia and dreaminess,the effective rates were 96.6%,93.1%,89.7%,86.2%,93.1%,82.7%,89.7%,respectively.The effective rate of TCM syndrome and the effective rate of single syndrome in the treatment group were both higher than those in the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).2.24 hours dynamic electrocardiogram: Before treatment,there was no significant difference between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the number of 24 hours of ventricular precontraction in2 groups was significantly decreased 4 weeks after treatment(P<0.05).The effective rate of 24-hour dynamic ECG in the treatment group was 93.1%,and that in the control group was 75.8%.The treatment group was better than the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Lown classification:Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the Lown grading level of patients in the two groups decreased after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05).After 4 weeks of treatment,the effective rate of Lown grading in the treatment group was 82.8%,while that in the control group was 51.7%.Lown grading effective rate in treatment group was higher than that in control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Quality of life score(SF-12): Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the quality of life scores of the two groups were significantly reduced after 4 weeks of treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of decline in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Fumailongmu decoction can reduce the total score of TCM symptoms and single symptom of TCM in patients with ventricular prephase contraction(deficiency of both Qi and Yin),and reduce the clinical symptoms;2.Fumailongmu decoction can reduce the frequency of ventricular prephase contraction(Qi and Yin deficiency type)and reduce the LOWN grade of patients with ventricular prephase contraction(deficiency of both Qi and Yin),improve the quality of life of patients with ventricular prephase contraction(deficiency of both Qi and Yin);3.Fumailongmu Decoction has no adverse reactions and is safe and reliable. |
