| Objective:The purpose of this study is to build a complete,scientific,standardized and clinically practical adult ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization process suitable for my country’s national conditions,and provide a basis for the safe implementation and management of ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology.Methods:1.Through the semi-structured interview method,we have an in-depth understanding of the real experience of clinical nurses using ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology,the existing problems and needs,and the aim is to provide a realistic basis for the construction of the process.2.Using content analysis method to determine the operation method of the key link of ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology.Through searching domestic and foreign relevant guide websites,Chinese and English databases and relevant association websites,the specific operation content of adult ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology is extracted and analyzed and summarized.After the research team combines the clinical operation and content analysis results,the adult ultrasound-guided peripheral is formulated The first draft of the venous catheterization process.3.The investigator used the Delphi method to consult with experts on the first draft of the adult ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization process,and perfected the process based on expert opinions,and finally determined the final draft of the adult ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization process.Results:1.The actual experience of clinical nurses using ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology is refined into three major themes: the work experience of using ultrasound technology for patients with peripheral venipuncture difficulties;(2)self-growth and harvest;(3)difficulties and challenges encountered in clinical implementation.2.A total of 30 articles were included in the study.The researchers used the content analysis method to select the analysis unit,confirm the analysis dimensions and quantify the analysis content,and then determined the first draft of the adult ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization process.3.A total of 16 experts in this study participated in Delphi expert letter inquiries.The effective recovery rate of the two rounds of questionnaires was 100%,the expert authority coefficients were 0.81 and 0.84,and the Kendall harmony coefficients were0.130 and 0.139 for the first-round and second-level items respectively(P<0.05);The items and the second-level items were 0.172 and 0.180 respectively(P<0.05).The final ultrasound-guided peripheral venipuncture catheterization process included 15first-level items and 24 second-level items.Conclusion:1.The use of ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology is helpful to solve the problem of clinical peripheral venous puncture,but there are many difficulties in the application of this technology.Clinical managers need to standardize and improve the ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology.To promote the clinical promotion and application of new technologies.2.Through the analysis of the literature content,it is found that the operating methods of ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology in different studies are quite different in the scope of application,puncture methods,document recording,etc.,in order to further promote the clinical application of ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization technology To standardize implementation and management,it is urgent to explore a scientific,standardized and clinically practical ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization process.3.The adult ultrasound-guided peripheral venous catheterization process constructed in this study on the basis of qualitative interviews,relevant literature content analysis and Delphi expert consultation is highly scientific,reliable and reasonable.It is very important for ultrasound-guided peripheral veins.Tube placement has certain theoretical and guiding significance. |
