Research On The Prevention And Control Of L Community Grid Epidemic

At the beginning of 2020,there was a pneumonia epidemic caused by a new type of coronavirus in my country.The virus has the characteristics of a long incubation period,multiple transmission routes,high infectivity,and general susceptibility to infection.It poses a great threat to people’s lives and health and safety,and to a certain extent Obstructed social and economic development.At present,through the unremitting efforts of the whole country,the situation of epidemic prevention and control continues to stabilize and improve,and the prevention and control work has achieved significant results in stages.Judging from the current epidemic prevention and control experience of all parties,the effective prevention and control of the new crown virus is mainly through virus traceability and isolation to block the virus transmission chain,reducing the gathering of people,reducing the probability of transmission and the spread,and at the same time carefully checking and registering mobile personnel.As the basic unit for the implementation of epidemic prevention and control,the community is the first line of defense for epidemic prevention and control.The majority of urban and rural community organizations must implement epidemic prevention and control work and consolidate the results of epidemic prevention and control in the fight against epidemic prevention and control.The key lies in scientific formulation.Epidemic prevention and control plan,implement the prevention and control execution,multi-party linkage to improve the efficiency of joint prevention and control,and use big data on the basis of grid governance to improve prevention,control,control and decision-making power.Therefore,the study of community grid-based epidemic prevention and control has certain research application value.This article takes the grid-based epidemic prevention and control work of the L community as the research object,uses literature analysis to sort out the academic community’s research on community grid-based epidemic prevention and control and the application of big data in epidemic prevention and control,and starts with this.By using methods of on-site investigation,case analysis,comparative analysis,and others,the results and issues of L community gridding epidemic prevention and control are analyzed deeply.In the same time,the causes of the issues are analyzed case by case.Finally,targeted countermeasures are proposed.This article is divided into 7 chapters.Chapter 1 is the introduction;Chapter 2 is the overview of community and grid epidemic prevention and control;Chapter 3 is the analysis of the current situation of grid epidemic prevention and control in L communities;Chapter 4 is the analysis of the problem and cause of grid epidemic prevention and control in L communities.Chapter 5 is the grid prevention and control model of urban communities and its reference;Chapter 6 describes the countermeasures and suggestions for improving the prevention and control of L community grid epidemic;Chapter 7 is the conclusion and prospect.This paper analyzes the status of grid-based epidemic prevention and control in the L community.By comparing with the advanced domestic and foreign experience of grid-based management and epidemic prevention and control.We find that the community has grid governance and administration in grid-based epidemic prevention and control.The main reasons for the above-mentioned problems are the unclear positioning of government functions,the lack of social participation mechanisms,and the lack of scientific information and data.In response to the problems and causes,this article proposes solutions including the rational transformation of government functions,the improvement of the community governance system,the introduction of collaborative governance between residents and social organizations,the construction of a data platform for joint governance,and the optimization of management teams.This article shows positive significance for improving the level of community epidemic prevention and control.Meanwhile,the relevant suggestion and countermeasures also have reference value for the improvement of the governance level of other communities.
