Purpose: This project aims to observe the clinical efficacy of Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Didang Decoction combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of type 2 DPN of Qi deficiency and blood stasis and verify its safety,so as to provide clinical treatment for type 2 DPN New ideas. Methods: A total of 64 patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type DPN who were treated at the Second Department of Endocrinology,Shijiazhuang Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were selected. They were divided into a control group(32cases)and a Chinese medicine acupoint combined treatment group(32cases)by a random number table.).In terms of basic treatment, the control group was given epalrestat capsules orally for 3 months;the traditional Chinese medicine acupoint combined treatment group was combined with Buyang Huanwu Decoction and Didang Decoction on the basis of the control group.,The selected points are bilateral Zusanli and Sanyinjiao, the treatment course is 18 days;the treatment course is 3 months when the Chinese medicine is taken without decoction granules.Use IBM SPSS25.0statistical software to evaluate the changes of pain score, paralysis score, and TCM syndrome quantification table before and after treatment;nerve conduction velocity of tibial nerve and sural nerve,SOD;whole blood viscosity: high cut 200(1/S),whole blood viscosity: low-cut 1(1/S)and safety indicators for statistical analysis,to evaluate the effectiveness and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection in the treatment of type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy of Qi deficiency and blood stasis type. Results: The cooperation of the patients in this study was acceptable.Of the 64 included cases,4 patients did not complete the trial due to various reasons.Finally,60 patients were included in the study,including30 in the control group and 30 in the combined treatment group of Chinese medicine and acupoints.Statistics The results of the analysis are in line with the expected judgment:(1)Comparison of pain and paralysis scores:After treatment, the pain and paralysis scores of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant, and the difference between the groups was statistically significant Significance(P<0.01),the TCM acupoint combined treatment group was better than the control group;(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment, the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups of patients were lower than before treatment(P<0.01).Comparison between groups,TCM acupoints The improvement of the combined treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.01),and the difference was statistically significant;(3)Comparison of the efficacy of TCM syndromes: the total effective rate of the combined treatment group of traditional Chinese medicine acupoints was 96.67%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 80%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05);(4)Comparison of nerve conduction velocity: the nerve conduction velocity of the tibial nerve and sural nerve of the two groups of patients increased after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05).Comparison between groups,Chinese medicine acupoints The combined treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(5)SOD comparison: SOD levels of the two groups after treatment were higher than before treatment(P<0.05),comparison between groups, the Chinese medicine acupoint combined treatment group The degree of elevation is better than that of the control group, and the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05);(6)Comparison of hemorheological indexes: After treatment, the whole blood viscosity of the two groups of patients: high-cut200(1/S),whole blood viscosity: low-cut 1(1/S)were all lower than before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Compared between the groups, the Chinese medicine acupoint combined treatment group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);(7)Treatment Before and after the two groups of patients, the ECG,biochemical items, blood, urine routine, blood coagulation, etc.,indicating that the two treatment options have good safety. Conclusion: Through this experiment,it is preliminarily concluded that Chinese medicine combined with acupoint injection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with Qi-deficiency and blood stasis type DPN,reduce pain scores, increase common peroneal nerve palsy scores, and speed up the nerve conduction speed of tibial nerve and sural nerve.Increase the content of SOD in the body, reduce blood rheology, and no serious adverse events occurred during the application process,it is worthy of further promotion and research.
