Objective: For observation the clinical effects and safety of kaiyuningshen acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke depression with liver-qi stagnation.Methods: A total of 61 patients with ischemic post-stroke depression in the first department of encephalopathy of Qinhuangdao Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from September 2019-October 2020 were divided into treatment group and control group by randomly according to random number table method.In the treatment group,31 cases were given routine treatment of kaiyuningshen acupuncture + fluoxetine hydrochloride tablets + cerebrovascular diseases,while in the control group,30 cases were given routine treatment of fluoxetine hydrochloride tablets + cerebrovascular diseases.TCM、 HAMD and NIHSS scores of patients in the two groups before and after treatment were observed,and relevant data were statistically analyzed by SPSS23.0 to observe the clinical efficacy of Kaiyuningshen acupuncture in the treatment of livesqi stagnation type post-stroke depression.Results:(1)HAMD score: the HAMD scores of the two groups was lower than that of the HAMD score before treatment(P<0.01),and the HAMD score after treatment of the treatment group was lower than of the control group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of HAMD in the treatment group(96.77%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%)(P<0.01).(2)NIHSS score: The NIHSS scores after treatment of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,the difference has been statistically meaning obviously(P < 0.01);the NIHSS scores after treatment of the treatment group were lower than that the NIHSS scores of the control group,the difference has been statistically meaning(P < 0.05);the total effective rate of the treatment group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(73.33%),the difference has been statistically meaning(P <0.05).(3)TCM syndrome score: TCM syndrome single score: in depression,chest tightness,hypochondriac distension,good at sighing,insomnia and dreaminess,irritability and sadness,irregular stool and tongue coating pulse,differences of before and after treatment of the treatment group was obviously(P<0.01);The control group before and after treatment,in addition to the difference of irregular stool and good sigh,there were significant differences in other aspects(P<0.01);after treatment,there were significant differences between the two groups in depression,chest tightness,hypochondriac distension,insomnia and dreaminess(P<0.01);there were significant differences in good sigh,irregular stool,pulse condition,etc.There was no significant difference in irritability,good grief and tongue coating(P > 0.05);The total scores after treatment of the treatment group and the control group were lower than those before treatment,(P<0.01),the difference has been statistically meaning obviously;there was importantly statistically difference between the two groups after treatment(P < 0.01);in the aspect of TCM symptom recovery rate,there was importantly difference(P<0.01)of the total effective rate of between the treatment group(96.77%),and tthe control group was(66.67%).Conclusion: Kaiyu Ningshen acupuncture associate with western medicine in the treatment of PSD with stagnation of liver qi can improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but the effect of acupuncture combined with western medicine is better than the latter.
